Horrible place,servers were fine.Salad was rotten,steaks were cooked wrong.The real problem was the managers attitude,like we did something wrong for saying out steak was improperly cooked.I found out from a relative later that it is well known by locals as being a bad restaurant.I guess they will keep fooling out of towners like me into waisting there money.If you come to london and wish to eat here make the smart choice and just STAY AWAY!!!
Horrible Food,Horrible management. My husband and I met family for an early dinner well we were in town. Our salad was rotten,we all ordered steaks, none were right but we only complained about the worst one, still the manager acted as if we something wrong. I will not return
Always a great dining experience. We've been frequenting this location for about 15 years and come back regularly for birthdays. Steak is always done just right. Mushrooms and loaded fries, nachos are a family favorite. Definitely recommend!
Love this place! Servers (shout-out for Shea) and ALL staff are great! Food is ALWAYS right (and I’m a super picky eater)! Shout-out to the manager/supervisor I see in the evening always making sure everything is perfect! This location is lucky to have the staff it has and I never leave here not completely satisfied.
Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience at 557 Wellington location Crabbie's, Saturday February. 5, 2022.I arrived there just after 6pm. Barely found a parking spot. We were seated within 10 minutes. The dinner rush cleared out quickly and our orders taking right away. Kasi Z was the waitress. She was an amazing woman at her job and made my experience and my buddy and his gf's great also. She always checked up on our table and seemed like she really cared about her job and customers. My buddies gf had an allergy concern and Kasi took care of it in a professional manner. I highly recommend this location Crabby Joe's. ???
its a nice place and the 1/2 price apps are awesome but they change out their staff a lot so you can never get to know people. but the food is good.

Deep fried pickles are huge! The pecan salad --- huge, like shareable size. Then the burger my date had was massive as well. The message here is to show up hungry....Quality is bang-on for a restaurant that's a notch above pub food. Prices are the usual $15 and up....Ambiance? Not so much. Family type with typical wooden tables and booths. At least they are a decent distance apart.
Attended this location to celebrate our nieces boyfriends birthday. The enthusiasm and number of staff singing to him was awesome! Overall a great experience. If there was anything we didn't care for, it was a little long for our food to come and it came one plate at a time. Still trying to figure out though how a penne noodle ended up in a fajita dish also hmm. Aside from that, food was good tasting!
Food quality outstanding!!! Jessica, our server, was perhaps one of the best I have encountered while dining out. Why Windsor does not have one of these franchises, I simply don't understand.
