Enjoyed our breakfasts.Waited a long time to be seen by any server to take our drink and food orders. Long wait for coffee refills as well. Would still recommend.
They have amazing food! I went there when my little brother was up in the Hospital and I got him a fancy fruit dish in a takeout container and they drew a sun on it and wrote best wishes! Sweetest thing ever! His face lit up when he seen it! Thank you so much Cora’s!
Wish I could leave no stars, we were the first ones at the restaurant & we waited over an hour for our food to be ready, it was NOT busy whatsoever so there wasn’t a reason it took so long & the just waitress just kept saying a few minutes & it’ll be ready, She was extremely rude & consistently rolling her eyes. We ended up leaving because this was just ridiculous. We used to love this place but we will NOT be back.
My friend and I went for breakfast last Monday and had the worst experience; we left after 45 minutes waiting for our food.The waitresses excuse for not getting our food before 3 tables that came in after us was: I can't make the cooks do orders in the order people come in. Girl please, you all are supposed to work together. I've never seen cooks pass over orders and cook food randomly.
A warm, cozy place to grab your Sunday brunch or breakfast. Lovely staff and management. Reserve your tables before the Sunday rush or you might just end up on the waiting line. Jessica and Adam combos on the menu are top notch.
I have always enjoyed the meals at Cora’s in Guelph so thought we would try the London location since we were in town. The staff were excellent, friendly and very attentive. My meal however was missing items ( toast was cold and not at all toasted and there was no hollandaise sauce) but was tasty. When asked about how we were enjoying the meal I stated that it was not as described and was a little disappointed. Without requesting it the manager came over to talk and was excellent. I suggested they perhaps do a little more quality control. Better luck next time.
I ordered strawberry waffle through skip . When I received the order it has no custard just plain waffle. I took it to Cora at Adeliate street, London Ontario location . The lady at the reception immediately reacted without looking into the missing stuff and said that I won’t get any refund. Later looking at the waffle they realized the mistake and started offering me food on the house. What is important is the customer service which I felt was really missing .
I am huge fan of Cora. I go to the south london branch on a regular basis . I decided to try this branch and I regret it. The chef burnt my food and undercooked my partners food. Feedback was given to the staff. The waiter was superfriendly but it seems the cook doesnt listen to feedback. The management in this location is very poor. Huge difference in quality of the food between the branches Avoid this branch and go to the south london branch.
Slow service cold sausage and very burnt toast. When checking out server asked how things where I told her and she said oh and handed me the debit machine. I did suggest to her if she wasn’t going to make things right she probably should not ask. Also emailed head office no reply.
Ordered the Cora Special and Eggs Benedict with spinach + mushrooms for breakfast today and is was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly and portions were plentiful. I only ate half of my food and was already full so my partner had a really great time having a second breakfast ?My server gave me the wrong tea but was kind enough to bring me the right one. It took longer than we thought for the food to arrive because we ordered when there weren’t much people in the restaurant however I will definitely recommend this place and come back to try their other items!!
