Just went for the first time. I was treated so rudely for asking about the taco's I'll never go back. The female staff serving the meals embarrassed me and condescending to the point of ignorance. The other two people with me walked out with out ordering. Way too go staff...

Got 2 burritos yesterday from here at around 4pm. Very small servings. The girl was new and she put very little in the burritos to maker her wrapping job easier. Seems like the service here is inconsistent as this isn’t the first time this happened. I will not be going back.
Had family in town and they wanted Chipotle. Worst mistake of our lives. All 5 adults had the beef barbaco and all of us have been sick. Such a disappointment Hopefully it’s just this branch
We love Chipotle for takeout and are very happy to have one here in London. We always order a bowl with brown rice, lots of beans, chicken, etc. plus a couple of big, warmed tortillas which get filled at home. Portions are generous, and one bowl easily provides dinner for three of us. What a great, delicious deal!
Inconsistent quality and kinda miss-managed. Things either go smooth or something like tonight. To summarize me and my friend who walk in TOGETHER, and get out food 15 MINUTES APART. Bro my dam food is cold now. I can’t reheat cuz sour cream. Side notes from this experience, lots of cross contamination of food from nearby sections and I see one of the employee pack themselves a massive meat and little beans or anything else really. I also saw people walk out.I’m now starving and pisssed, goodnight ✌?. Meat is sometimes over cooked, especially steakEdit: reduced a star after trying it. Been eating chipotle since I was a young teen and I’ve never taken a bite and just packed it away.
Wouldn’t recommend. The food was not great, rice seemed undercooked and chips were way too salty. I was shocked they charge you extra for queso on an already overpriced burrito. Qudoba is way better and you aren’t gouged extra for queso and guacamole. Service was just as mediocre as the food. Not a great experience so will not return. Like ever.
5 star for the food 1 star for the behaviour. Totally disappointed.I have been there so many times but dont know why they behaved rudely this time. Probably they had a bad day but still that doesn’t justify that.
First time in and last time. Went in, no one says a word to me. I line up where I assume I should line up and I just get stared at by the employees. Nobody’s saying anything to me so I assume they are busy. No problem. Until another customer comes in and lines up on the other side of the counter and they proceed to help him. So I was basically ignored and nobody bothered to guide me to where the actual line up should be. Not coming back to this location.
