Have been ordering from here for over a decade, prob a dozen or so times a year. Never an issue, always consistent quality and on time. However, now new Owners/Management and it shows, but not in a good way. Pickup order was over 30 minutes late (there were other people who were also standing around waiting for late orders), menu changed (they didn't mention this when we ordered) and prices also MUCH higher. Comparing prices with the menu from the previous owners show price increases averaging anywhere from 20% to 50%!! Definitely not as tasty, in fact it was bland or downright funky tasting....that was a family consensus btw. Heck it didn't even smell the same bringing it home. Higher prices, I get it inflation but seriously up to 50% higher!!??. Combine that with lower quality, nope, time for a new restaurant.
I ordered a combo that had Chow Mein included. Chow mein ruined dish. It was like very watery cooked chow mein without flavour or meat in it. How watery the chow mein was, made the rest not appetizing. I called that same night and complained. Told they would give me credit. When I first tried to go, location was closed for reno. Tried today and told new owners so I'm out of luck. Won't go back!
Always satisfied with this place. Very generous portions, everything is always well packed, orders are never wrong or missing anything, staff is always very friendly and polite and everything is ready in a very reasonable time. I always enjoy everything and tastes great! My go-to restaurant for Chinese.
I've been going here for about 10 years now and always satisfied with our orders purchased! I'd rather spend my money where I know the foods always hot and exactly what I ordered!
If I could give this place zero stars it would be more accurate. For two years in a row now my sister's family have attempted to get their New year's Eve dinner from this restaurant, both times they ordered hours ahead of time and both times after exceeding their pick up time by 2 hours have had to cancel and get their food somewhere else. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to receive their order in a timely fashion.

The food wasn’t very good. We ordered sesame chicken it had a fish taste to it and the low main didn’t have much taste to it
Our first time, we ordered the food for pick up. Well packaged, nice portions. However all the dishes tasted the same, and there was a burnt soya taste to everything. We would not order from here again, we were sadly disappointed.
Rice is the bomb. Honey garlic spareribs were really good as well as the chicken balls.
Amazing food and great prices. Never feel sick after eating and stay full not like those cheap Chinese food places. Would recommend.
