Good drinks but extremely slow service. Took me 20 minutes just to get an order in and there were only a very little amount of customers in the store.
I tried ordering on website, didn't work. Tried app, didn't work. Tried calling in, they don't take orders on phone and told me to order over the website. I look at the website again and they have turned it to view only mode so that you can't order off the website. I call up again to ask about it and I guess they were really busy so they turned it off. They will be turning it back on and it'll take a few minutes to kick in. The drinks are like really good here, but this is a little ridiculous. If there's no way to order but they want your business.
This place has been my go-to since 2017. Lot of good memories made here. This location is clean, the staff are great, and the boba is consistently good!
This location is brutal. The female at the register doesn’t know the drink details (so any questions will result in a blank stare or just a “no”), and they don’t offer a lot of the items on their menu. Don’t bother going here - it’s a waste of time and money.
We waited 10 minutes outside after being told there were too many people in the store even though the two had left before us. Waited another 20 minutes in line to order. Person before has had ordered the lunar special and then they told us they were out once we asked for it. We then asked for brown sugar milk tea and they then said they were out. We left and 2 others left behind us after they heard. I would say maybe tell people you are out of stock so we don’t waste our time waiting. Also, every time we try to go there, nothing is In stock. The staff were not friendly either. We will not be going back again and will continue to go to cocos down the road.
Jan 4/ 9pm-ish. Ordered a thai mt and asked for pearl and coconut jelly but then the girl added QQ instead of just coconut jelly when the pearl is already in the drink. This is kind of basic they shud know in order to avoid overcharges. Tapiocas really stuck together and have big chunks. Drink itself is great though
Our favorite bubble tea spot! The staff here is excellent and no. 1 (milk tea with pearls) is what we order the most.

This was one of the best teas of my life!! I got the mango green tea with boba and it was so, so good! It took me a while to get here, but I would do it again and again for this tea. I have had a lot of different places in London and the surrounding areas, but this was by far the best. What really made the experience was the staff was so incredibly nice and considerate. Would definitely recommend!!!
Been going here for several years. Love the tea, extensive menu and before covid the atmosphere was great! Management always looking to improve and will make things right given the chance. Thank you!
