Burrito Boyz has more flavourful meat and beans than any other burrito place around here. My only complaint would be their limited selection of sauces and the lack of heat to their hot sauce. I asked for one line of hot sauce on my burrito which is supposed to be extra hot, it was so mild that I wasn't even sure they remembered to put it on and even went up and asked! For the average person I'm sure it's fine, but for people like myself who really like heat, they need to step up their game there.
Ordered one burrito and two bowls shrimp / chicken and chicken / steak. So bland. Chips were stale and guacamole was not fresh. Burrito was soggy. The meat was cold and shrimp very rubbery. Beans were undercooked. Will not be ordering from them again. Please try chipotle or quesada, this is not worth the money spent. Not authentic!!& that’s my toonie on Burrito? Usually the burritos are fairly consistent and filling, but today it was very light for a large steak. and had alot of rice and tasted fairly dry and was warm? :/ usually tasty though. i would definitely recommend if your in the area. owner is a great too

Food is delicious although a little pricey. The burritos hit the sweet spot of value, but the rest of the menu items are too expensive. Staff were quick to correct a mistake with my order and were friendly.
My husband and I got our usual shrimp and calamari and steak burritos with a little spice and chips back in September. When we got home and sat down to enjoy our dinner, we couldn't even eat what we had ordered - there were additional toppings included that we didn't like and hadn't asked for and they had put so much hot sauce, the burritos weren't even edible; and we an tolerate a good amount of heat! We called to notify them of their error and asked for a refund. We were quickly told no, however, the staff member took all of my personal information to keep on file so that on our next visit we could get 50% off our combos. Tonight, we were in the mood for burritos and because we were in the area, decided to try again. We notified the staff of our discount and suddenly no one knew what we were talking about. A different staff member finally just decided to give us 50% off our burritos, but informed us that it would not include the chips. Very annoyed, we ordered our usual burritos and when we got home and sat down to enjoy our dinner, yet again, they included toppings we had not ordered. We gave them a second chance and they blew it. We will not be eating here again, which is really disappointing, as we used to love it. I guess it's time to find a new favourite!
This used to be my favourite fast food place, but since the new management took over it has progressively gone down hill. Scam artists that steal your money when you order gift cards. Not filling proper orders. Food quality has diminished. I won't be eating at this Burrito Boyz anymore. Too bad, it used to be so good.

I will NEVER go back to London location again.. ordered a simple chicken quesadilla with green onion, cheese and jalepeno.. first the chasheir didnt even have the decency to let me know there was a massive wait.. took them 57 minutes to get me my food which was cold.. other people who ordered after me were getting theres well before me.. and then to top it off there were NO jalepenos
