Bad service.They asked for a phone number to place our order and send us a text when it was ready. We sat outside, waited for about 30 minutes and went back inside since we saw a lot of people going in and out of the place and we hadn't received any text that our TWO BURRITOS were ready. The guys preparing the food asked us the name of the app through which we ordered (?) and when we told them that we had ordered in-person a while ago, they reached to the back to get them; the burritos were already finished but it seems that they are unorganized and don't know who orders what, we got our food which was of course cold and ate outside; the confirmation text came after that...Overall, the prices do not match the food taste (it was meh) or the service quality; would not go again nor I recommend going.
I'll take a second out of my night (even thought I have a final exam tomorrow) to share my experience at Burrito Boyz. I arrive and the store front in empty and three workers are present, I noted they were all moving extremely slowly. The large lady then screams at me asking for my phone number and order, oblivious that I am standing three feet away front her. My ears were ringing as I began my 25 minute wait for my large burrito. After going to Lazeez to get a contingent dinner since my confidence in Burrito Boyz began dwindling, I made it back in time to watch the slowest staff I have ever seen at a restaurant stand right beside and tap;k all over the burritos that were cooking on the grill, one side at a time. The whole operation was the slowest and saddest things every.Other notes:The steak is not steak and more closely resembles ground beef.The large lady screams at the same volume no matter how far you stand from herThe staff looked unenthused and uninterested in delivering a burrito in under 25 minutes, I suppose I should have expected this when they take your phone number when you order. I thought it was like Chipotle or Subway but instead the gang over at Burrito Boyz likes to take their time in crafting the world's worst burrito.Unless you want to pay $15 for refried beans and ground beef in between a tortilla and covered in the employees spit, go spend your money at literally any other restaurant on Richmond street
I’ll preface this by saying I’ve supported Burrito Boyz for years. But recently it’s been awful.Presentation is sloppy, which really shouldn’t matter because it’s just a burrito… except when it leaks because it isn’t wrapped properly 50% of the time (see pic).Tried ordering three times this week and despite the hours on Uber Eats saying it doesn’t shut down until 2:30am my orders (both around 10pm) have been cancelled. (See pic)The one order that wasn’t cancelled came with chicken and no sweet potato, despite it being a sweet potato quesadilla. My friend, who is vegetarian got her first taste of meat in her life because of the lack of care from this place. (See pic)
Absolute best place in the city hands down for their customer service, how fresh their food is, how delicious it is, but most of all how you don't even need to tell them to wash their hands before they put gloves on after taking people's money and then touching your food. They are so meticulous and so thorough when it comes to their Sanitation practices! I have never seen a restaurant nor a burrito or Shawarma or taco place any little place like that be so conscious of the transmission of bacteria and the sanitation when working with people's food! This is the only place I go to now since I had a bad experience with watching how these other similar Styles restaurants handle their food and their customers! Highly recommend!
when i got over the first problem i was greeted with a staff of appropriately aged individuals and I found it hard to enjoy my burrito. When a man approaches a place and he believes all the staff to be trained children, and is surprised to find out the contrary. it firmly tarnishes the burrio enjoying experience. 8./10
My favourite burrito place. I love their chicken/steak mixed burito. Topings are fresh and their signature burrito sauce is great. Also their hot sauce actually has a good heat to it with good flavour, which is hard to find. Best to call your order in ahead of time.
Last 3 times I've ordered here they leave making the orders until the last second and when they do they're extremely sloppy. This place used to be good but whoever hired this new staff needs to rethink who they have working for them. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied. Sorry central you've lost a customer.

What a gem. Food is top and the staffs are even better. Everyone works there are so friendly and have amazing energy. They mistake your order occasionally but I can definitely give them a pass. One of my absolute favourite place to grab an eat.
Chips w/ nacho cheese and chipotle salsa were pretty good but I found a piece of plastic in my burrito
