I was deeply disappointed due to the whopper being over 8.00 plus tax. We all have fallen into the world profit. When it cost 13.00 for a combo 5.00 for a milk shake and over 8.00 for a burger then something seriously is wrong. We the people have allowed this to happen. We allow corporate to make us pay more while they get richer and richer. Let see what if we started to boycott all fast food like McDonald's or Wendy's Burger King Taco bell all of them and we did this for two months. What do you think would happen? Maybe everyone should try doing this. I think they would all go belly up. Now how that 8.00 berger or O dollars because we aren't buying it no more.Just a thought ?

A clean and well maintained restaurant. The food was exactly what I knew it was going to be. No surprises. I always hope for the pictured burger with a life of disappointment because of that. However I will again return when I desire another over huge burger meal for a really low price. The staff deserves more stars but its Burger King so 3 is it.

Terrible store! 90% of the time food is stale! Hard to contact the store cuz they won’t pick up. If we ask to make our order fresh our order is canceled! Like what in the customer service fair is this? PLEASE HAVE A BETTER MANAGEMENT

reviews about the store burgerking at highbury and oxford.The staff is really being rude, do not talk with customer, if customer tries to place to order, the reply is "they are not free". This is the best reply I have ever got from the burger king staff.We really understand about the rush situation at fastfood places, but I personally believe it is not the way to treat the customer.Here, I know the name of the person, but dont want to mention but this whole message for the customer service which was really rude. I couldn't even imagine the way he talked with me.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. Go to Burger King with someone I support to get a meal. customer service says sorry no ice?!?! that's okay no ice with pop will have to do. she then says the pop is warm...lol okay then do u have a substitute? she says no we are all out...lol sorry, we order a meal and u don't have a substitute!?!? we do have a bottle of water or juice but it will cost you extra.....lol so they have no ice the pop is warm and they charge you extra on your meal if you want a drink because they don't have ice....lol Burger King you should help ur employees out with that situation...lol cause that's super awkward and they give u no friendly substitute...lol

Received a skip order from this Burger King and the whopper I received has a big piece of plastic in it. Contacted the store and was told "oh we are training" not acceptable under any circumstance. Contacting upper management and corporate head office.

Consistency is very low, not sure if they too busy to make they burgers the same, wether you order at the window or through u et eats/skip the dishes you lucky to have a decent burger, on a warper burger you lucky to get all ingredients on it, ordered one today I had no tomatoes nor pickles on it, do the workers realize we are paying for this?? Or is it lake of training?? Very disappointing, either close or train, I don’t go to east end as the stuff is not only rude but charge whatever they feel they wanna charge, Burger King your standards have dropped tramendancely, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ANYMORE,!!! TRAIN YOUR STUFF IR AHUT IT DOWN.

Horrible. Every single Burger King in London operates very well except this one. Ordered my meal on Uber eats, everything arrived except my burger so I called the place to report this and the manager tried to blame Uber when it’s a tamper proof bag. Tried telling me oh no it’s Uber, so I told him no you use tamper proof bags so it’s on you, he said it can’t be we don’t have any of the same type of burger left over, so I told him that means his employees didn’t even make the burger which is absolutely ridiculous, we pay 20 dollars at a time for a combo, what bothers me the most is shifting blame off of himself to another company.

They forgot to add the cheese I asked for, but very kindly made me a new sandwich. They were an excellent team. excellent service and attention
