Witnessed a young woman being very patient with a difficult customer while visiting, and handled my brother and I very Swiftly amongst another few customers, all while managing a sports team sized order amount of food. She still maintaining a pleasant attitude and patient demeanor and kept her cool and got everyone they're food in a timely manner.\\n\\nI've ordered from here via skipthedishes, and often grab take out there and have never been disappointed with my food. Never dealt with over salted fries or a burger with missing ingredients or toppings.\\n\\nIn a specific instance, after ordering food for the family they had been unfortunately only had half the order of chicken fries item that was included in my bundle order. They left a nice note with a smiley explaining the situation, and replaced with an equivalent of chicken nuggies! ?
Most of the tables were visibility dirty. The employee that took our order seemed like she was angry that we were there. The whole place felt rundown and unclean. Definitely not interested in returning.
I liked, the staff was okay ? the food was good. I will return another time to eat there because I felt peaceful with the people and place! Your Whoppers are delicious ??
Food service was quick despite a different customer swearing at the cashier. Seems like someone stopped mopping halfway. Half the floor was wet with no wet floor signs, the other half was sticky.\\n\\nAlso, waaaay too much mayo on the whoppers.
stood there waiting for my order for a good ten minutes I get these places are understaffed but the workers literally just avoided my gaze so I choose mcdonalds instead.
I use to love coming in to this location. Recently I noticed they got new management and in this restaurant is not the same. I am amazed how rude the manager speaks to the employees. When they were in a major rush due a large amount of students that came in she did not help at a but rather dictate and order others to do more. Very disappointed. Good thing McDonald's is across the road.
When you go thru a drive thru you expect food in the drive thru. Not go park and wait 5 mins.\\nPop should be cold, not warm with 0 ice. And then have the person freak out when bringing the food out because there is a dog in the car, i had to exit my vehicle to get our food. Which defeats the purpose of going through the drive thru in the first place....
It was my first dine in experience in canada . The staff was really helpful and interactive. They care about there customers and I have the best experience till date .
My wife just brought me a whopper, onion rings and some of the jalapeño cheesy bite’s. open up the bag and take out my food and there was only 5 onion rings in the box(and non in the bag as I checked to make sure). Prices keep going up and this is what we get for our money now?
I usually love going here with family but I was just here today (Saturday March 19, 2021) and this old lady was VERY bitter, rude, and miserable took our order through drive thru. She was mistreating all of the employees and put everyone in a bad mood including my family. The oldie had red/orange hair and had a huge attitude she was lucky she didn't have to talk to me.
