Kept ordering from this burger joint when I had Uber Eats Pass.They are simply incredibly ultra super delicious.Double Bacon Cheeseburger Combo (comes with enormous portion of fries).I add sautéed mushrooms, lettuce, mayo and ketchup.They don't make it messy either when you have a lot of sauces added. They make sure the amount is juuuust right so that it doesn't overfill and make it trashy soggy burger.I've also gone to them in person once and I was met with a very positive and kind attitude.Will be coming here regularly (as long as they keep their quality of food that is)

I’ve ordered from burger burger a few times now, and I typically do over the phone order for pick up, and a common theme I’ve noticed is that they 1. Get my order incorrect, and 2. place me on hold for upwards of 30-45 minutes each time it’s as though they forget they’ve put you on hold…. I’m a patient person (hence why I stay on the line) and don’t typically complain so I’ll usually just eat what I’m given, however the time that I did notify them that my order was vastly incorrect, I was blamed for the mistake. I’ve worked in customer service for most of my younger years so I understand how frustrating/exhausting it can be when customers are unhappy but it’s a strange practice to then blame the customer for the establishments mistakes. I guess just don’t order over the phone? The food is otherwise good.
I had some family over from out of town today and we decided to order takeout from here. I will definitely be regular customer from now on it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. I had the top bun burger (the fancy sauce was ?). The fries were awesome and the food travelled well.

Had one of their burgers today at the One Plant grand opening and it was my first time trying burger burger. The bacon was the best I've ever had on a burger and the next best bacon i can think of is Wendy's bacon. The beef was great and cooked perfectly. The bun was a quality bun but I prefer a whole wheat bun. For a free burger though it was totally over the top and I'd definitely recommend it. The bacon was the best part though. Now I'm definitely going to burger burger when I'm downtown. Thanks so much for the outstanding burger! ?
