My mother and I had an amazing experience. Emily our waitress was very nice and friendly. Kim the manager was very accommodating, the mild sauce was hotter than expected and we couldn't eat the buffalo bites we had ordered. Emily checked with Kim and a new order of bites with sweet bbq sauce was brought to our table in a timely matter. We were not charged for the first order. I would definitely come back. Great going ladies!
Ordered takeout. 20 wings and fried pickles.The kitchen just shook some spice on top of the dry rubs in the laziest way possible so that there was literally a pile of spice on 2 wings and the rest weren't coated at all.The fried pickles are the little rounds for burgers. Not pickle spears as one would expect.The lemon-pepper was supposed to be a dry rub but came as a sauce and they sent boneless and breaded wings for part of the order when it was all supposed to be regular wings.All that for $42.00. Seriously? I could have had better wings from the pizza place.Wings aren't hard to screw up unless you have kitchen staff that just don't care.
Unfortunately I've fallen victim to their Parmesan Garlic wing sauce, as I keep spending money on getting more and more. It's rather hazardous to my wallet.The wings have always been great when dining in, along with their wedges which have been solid each time I've been.Service has been great almost every experience, minus my first time there where no hostess came to seat us or even acknowledge us for quite an uncomfortable length of time.Definitely worth the trip there for dinner.

I’m just here to warn people. This was my first time going to this restaurant for dinner. When you first walk in there’s an overwhelming smell of something not being fresh and the layout is crowded and messy.The food is just as gross as the restaurant. It is pretty rare that I don’t even eat any of my meal but I got out of there as quickly as possible with a completely untouched dinner.I got queso for my fries and there was a thick layer of film over it. It wasn’t fresh and it seemed very old from the back of the fridge. I tried two different wing flavours and both were really gross.Not sure how there’s so many good reviews; not sure what you were tasting or experiencing. Seems very odd to me.
Had a horrible experience at Buffalo wild wings in White Oaks thanks to Maddy, who completely miss advertised the Tuesday wing promotion. Maddy explained the promotion, 10 wings are full prince and the next 10 wings would be discounted half off. We ordered 10 Boneless wings, 10 traditional wings a side and a app. Keep in mind, we were still waiting for a third person to join our table. The person we were waiting for called us and asked to place her order in the meantime... 3rd person showed up and we continued to eat…. The guest who showed up late was then wanting a fourth order of wings so the promotion would be valid for the buy one get one half off as we were on our 3rd order of wings. Maddy then informs us that with the fourth basket the promotion wouldn’t apply because we ordered boneless wings. This is the first time Maddy ever mentioned that boneless wasn’t part of the promotion. so we decided not to place the fourth order. She then told us that each traditional wing orders would be individually full priced as well. At this point the entire table is confused. She explained that the discount wouldn’t apply because she had “closed” our bill.. and then blamed it on the guest who showed up late. This made absolutely no sense. After being confronted about the miss advertisement Maddy became hostile and take didn’t take any responsibility for her mistake. We asked for the bill to be split 3 ways then maddy comes out with only one full priced bill & only shows the guest who showed up late, the least annoyed. (Literally hid it from the other two guest) We paid the bill and left extremely dissatisfied with the service, even after having voiced that we we’re dissatisfied. Now that we’re back home, we now see that we were even charged for two ranch sauces that came with the wings. Maddy as server is a joke & our entire experience was ruined because of her Incompetence in “service”.
Best food. Fast service. Must try sauces on wings are Asian Zing, Mango Habanero, Parmesan garlic with blue cheese on the side.
Ordered 30 pieces wings where 15 were served very cold, maybe just unfrozen, and 15 were warm, but none were hot as it should. The waitress forgot to bring my drinks... I don't know. For the price I paid, I expected a better quality/service. The kitchen was too cold!
Went to this restaurant for the first time today and had an absolutely terrible experience. My wife and I ordered the exact same burger. 15 minutes later my wife receives her order and I am told there was “some mistake in the kitchen” and that my food would be ready soon. 20 minutes later my wife has long finished her food and the waitress has not spoken to us once. I called the waitress over and she assured me that it wouldn’t be much longer. I requested that I just pay for what we received and that we leave. The waitress awkwardly joked that I at least got to enjoy a drink. Upon leaving the general manager apologized which was much appreciated, and then offered us 20% off on our next visit, which was laughable. I would not recommend this restaurant. Absolutely horrible service and the attempted resolution of the problem was a joke.
