Staff are extremely friendly, service is fast, and the food is great! Been a repeat customer for years and will continue to return!
Always heated food. Great customer service. Noodles not over soiled in soy sauce which is a plus. Food tastes marvelous. Highly recommended
Food was cold even though it looked good. Otherwise tasted fine buy got the wrong order. Misunderstandings are excepyable when ordering from person not fluent in English at an ethnic restaurant, but you owner blamed me for mistake and said don't let it happen again. Excuse me! He asked me to make sure no mistakes next time. I said "Sure, I will make sure you don't make a mistake with order next time" except thete won't be a next time.
Found maggots. Went for refund. They KNEW THEY HAD MAGGOTS IN THE FOOD!!!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS A HEALTH AND SAFETY INSPECTION ASAP. . Didn't tell then where it was and they immediately knew where it was going to be. I'm discussed. No one should eat here until they have a new up to day health inspection.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Manager is unreasonable and cheap...portion sizes differ depending on who you get and if something isn't right they take the half eaten food back over the counter...Covid times or not that's just gross! He once chased a guy to the parking lot because he took our order by mistake and then tried to give it to us instead if making a new one. Will not go back!
Noodles is tasteless, like literally has no flavor..Chicken is also dry....just wasted $14.95 plus tax, ugh
Was overcharged $6. Front desk told me they do not charge extra on debit and argued over the bill, which I could not understand due to their indistinguishable rambling. Did not even give a receipt, presumably to hide the fact I was overcharged. $58 for 3 combo meals and 3 small drinks is atrocious and a scam, even with tax. It's as though they counted 26% tax rather than 13%. Will not go here anymore.
These folks have been open throughout the pandemic, and always very friendly and chatty. Food is always fresh and plentiful!

My mom loves bourbon street grill so I decided to have them cater for my moms birthday yesterday, i am very pleased with everything. The food was absolutely delicious, massive quantity and I must say it was very affordable considering We can eat a lot and I mean a lot a lot and there was left overs for everyone to take home! Such a pleasant experience here, thank you to all the staff and cooks and everyone involved especially on such short notice! Will be catering from here from now on!
