This place is okay. The pizza is really nothing special. In fact, I would say many pizza delivery places offer better pizza.Prices are way too high though. I don't think I would ever consider going here if I didn't have a gift card sitting around.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the beef dip and my husband had the Nacho's. Both were very good.
Its been a while since I’ve been to BP. Took the family out for dinner. 7 people and 5 bad dishes. This sums it up; cold pasta, burnt hamburg bun, slow service, overcooked chicken, over-charged drinks and wrong bill. Is this what BP offers now?
Visited Boston Pizza with a friend who hasn't eaten for a year-and-a-half due to complications after a severe heart attack. He has survived on nightly feedings through a tube in his stomach.First time for him to eat normally in any restaurant finally having received his Dr's OK. Our server Scotty was very patient and helpful as we three seniors slowly and methodically worked through the challenge of finding something that he could successfully and safely eat.A perfect experience. We will be back.Thank you.
So disappointing.. went there to watch the hockey game since Boston Pizza is always advertising that they are showing the game. When I go there they would not turn the music off to show the game even though I was the only person there, no one was behind the bar for over an hour and the chicken sandwich was dry.. I was so disappointed with the whole atmosphere. I ended up leaving after the first period, paying for what I ate and went down the street to Buffalo Wild Wings where it was a much better environment especially for a sports fan. I am reminded why I am always disappointed when I go to a Boston pizza…
The food was ok.....cheese dip/pizza bread was extremely salty.Received the bill...the amount was incorrect....but thought what the heck....that is what she gave me.Wouldn't accept my payment....she said her manager rang it in wrong....lol...I guess she should have double checked before handing it to the customer.Proceeded to charge me the higher ...albeit correct total with no apologies given....oh well. Bad day all around I guess!!

While I always enjoy my experience at a Boston Pizza, it costs more than All You Can Eat Sushi, and I would much rather the latter. Every time I go here, they are slow to refill your drinks, and without fail, they charge you more than they should have, so always check your receipt (this time they double charged us for a dip and a drink). I will say, their Cactus cut chips and pierogi pizza will always be favourites of mine (fyi spicy)! I'm sad they don't use fresh pineapple anymore, that was a huge standout.

Had a terrible meal tonight. Long waits for attention from the server and everyone's food was dreadful - especially the "Honey Dill Fried Chicken Sandwich" I had. It was a disgusting, rubbery puck of chicken with a tasteless, soggy breading around it. I took a few bites and gave up. The server took the mostly uneaten sandwich away without comment and didn't even suggest bringing something else or removing it from the bill.
