I will state I never got a chance to actually try this restaurant, I was so excited to and planned our whole trip to this hotel to be able to enjoy this restaurant. Google states they are open from 6pm-10am, and we were going to rock the park and I had thought it would be perfect to visit the restaurant after we got back to the hotel from the concert that ended at 11pm. To my dismay the google hours are incorrect and the restaurant was only open from 6pm until 9 or 9:30pm. When I went to the front desk of the hotel the gentleman working was not very helpful telling me that because no one else had brought it to his attention so it must not have been an issue and when we checked in someone should have told me. However we utilized the digital check in and there was no mention of the hours on the app or in our room or even on the countless signs throughout the hotel. This was extremely disappointing as I usually have wonderful stays with the Hilton and their respective hotels. I honestly am very disappointed by this lack of communication.
I went to the Blake Bistro on my mini holiday to London, Ontario.Located just off the main path of downtown London it is a gem of a restaurant.The food was delicious and the waitress was attentive.On par with some of the better restaurants I've been too, they are a good price for great food.
Stayed at the hotel that night, this is the restaurant at the hotel. Very glad they could accommodate our large group without a reservation, much appreciated! Servers were very friendly and attentive, we were told one chef wasn't in that night so it made food prep slow but under the circumstances, it was fine.

Food and service was great! A traditional caesar salad with a homemade recipe that is really good. Steak that is comparable to the KEG. And the staff are really friendly and nice. Highly recommend. It was an unexpected treat. Oh, and this might be my second review I have ever written...

I visit this place once a month and am always soothed by its ambience. The menu card is diverse. The food is naturally of good quality and tastes fresh. The servers are always very keen (and proactive) to accommodate your food preferences (I am somehow often taken care of by a very kind yet professional lady named Jagoda). I have always been satisfied by my experience here, and would continue visiting Blake's bistro.
Nice spot, friendly service, good food! The Conrad Burger is always good. Daily specials are tasty and good value! Stella was out on tap though :(
