It goes without saying that the coffee is wonderful - but the star of the show is the baked goods in my opinion. Consistently exceeds my expectations. Don't miss the lemon squares! We are glad to be your neighbours at Revel Realty?

They are always so friendly and make sure to acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the doors. I appreciate their kindness and execution of well crafted amazing drinks. Love this cute cafe and it's cozy vibe!

I love this cafe. They serve cortados!! I really appreciate their kind service. Delicious coffee and treats, both savoy and sweet. Please please please update your tip options on your payment machine. Get rid of the 5% option (an insult to your employees) and please have 15%, 18%, and 20% . Many cafes around the world have updated their tip options to these percentages. Thank you for listening!!

Always fresh and delicious drinks and food. Staff are friendly and love sitting on the patio during the nice weather. Some of my favorites include their quiche, pecan butter tarts, London fog and what I think we're called cruffins (croissant muffin). Would highly recommend anyone who enjoys a good coffee or tea and desserts to try the Black Walnut Bakery Cafe.

Decent place for coffee.Unfortunately nobody informed us that they have a rewards card. I only caught on because a customer infront of me had one.Pretty annoyed that I could have saved myself a bunch of coffees with the amount I buy from here.Other shoppers, ask for their rewards card and they will provide you it. After a certain number of purchases, you get a free coffee.

Went for the fourth time today and decided I should finally write a review! The staff are all extremely friendly and efficient, the baked goods are delicious and fresh, and the prices are cheaper than expected. I've never dined-in, as the Wortley location is small-ish and I'm not great with crowded places, but for those that are it seems like it would be a nice environment for a beverage, treat and chat :)

It's always a delightful experience coming here. It had been a while since my last visit. I had their chat latte with soy and their butter tarts ? right on point with sugar....not overly sweet ....

I'm from Windsor. Every time I go to or pass by London, I try to make time to pick up pastries from the Black Walnut. Coffee is great too! Can't wait to go there again. It's simply the Best!

I was just treated to a late lunch at the Black Walnut Bakery Cafe in Wortley Village, London, Ontario. It was my first visit and definitely will not be my last! It offers an amazing menu with delicious soups, salads, sandwiches served on yummy freshly baked whole wheat bread, quiche and a huge array of baked goods, fair trade coffees, tea, lattes.....just about anything you can wish for.I was amazed at the choices for a small cafe. The menu is written on black boards behind the counter. The staff were very patient and welcoming as I pondered my options. I ordered a turkey Swiss sandwich served on thick whole wheat bread. It had sliced tomato in the sandwich, the turkey was thinly sliced but was plentiful. It was the best turkey sandwich I have ever had! It was so big I could only eat half, but that was okay because the sandwiches are served in fancy boxes which can be used to take your food home and can be recycled. Along with this treat I ordered the soup of the day which was pumpkin with goat cheese. I was unable to identify the well chosen spices in the soup but, it was tasty and not overpowering. Of course the goat cheese made it so smooth. I loved it.There was no way I could eat dessert but I did purchase some delicious butter tarts to take home. They too were so good...all the important things....generous size, flaky pastry, and a little runny....just perfect.Another important part...plenty of street parking. I highly recommend!
