I use to REALLY like their food but I got pad Thai and fresh rolls and it was all complete garbage! Dinner for wife and I cost $90 and I feel there was a crime in charging that...Avoid at all costs and order elsewhere.
We stopped in for a quick lunch, which ended up taking over an hour. Waited about 30 -40 mins for our food when we were 1 of 3 tables dining in. We then asked for containers to carry our leftovers, but no plastic bag was given. When we asked, we only received the "produce style" clear bags which only store 1 container, instead of the regular bag with handles. We did get a separate takeout order that DID come in a bag with handles, but the manager? Owner? Came over and insisted they didnt give those out.
We had a very pleasant experience. We went for dinner. It was delicious. Tasted very fresh. Lots of great options on the menu. Some new vegetarian options since the last time I went. The staff was very kind and attentive. We will most definitely be back!
Whenever I’m passing through London this is one of my go to! They haven’t let me down yet! Delicious food, optimal service!
BBQ Beef Roll: $8.95 plus tax: $10.12 It was absolutely perfect! I’ll be back the next time that I am in London.
Not good! Yes, the covid restrictions were not simple or quick, but that is not the staffs fault. Those rules apply according to the LAW! (As well it should) The service was okay right up until we had our meal. My Aunt and I ordered the pad Thai had a few bites then addressed to our server we didn’t like our meal. We both have enjoyed many pad Thai dinners at other restaurants and knew this was a bad one. Clearly she didn’t even care! We were still charged after leaving an almost full plate on the table. She was very rude, not understanding nor cooperative. Will not go back there again!
I’m sad to leave this review, as I used to dine here all the time and loved the food. I’m hoping this feedback can help the owner get their restaurant back on track.My partner and I dined in a few months ago, and while the staff were friendly and we can understand slow service on a busy weekend day, some of the dishes we ordered were almost inedible. The fresh rolls were good as usual, but my wonton soup had sesame oil in the broth for some reason (and a lot of it), and was very over seasoned. My shrimp red Thai curry (which is usually my favourite dish) was much more sour than usual, which led me to wonder if there was too much lime juice and not enough sugar in it. The balance of the dish was very off, and I couldn’t finish it. I noticed other diners barely touching their food as well, especially the pad thai, and it made me sad that such a great restaurant has gone downhill. I’m not sure if the place has been short staffed like so many other businesses due to COVID, or if they hired a new chef who doesn’t know what they’re doing, but they’ll lose many formerly loyal customers if they don’t get the quality of their dishes back on track.
The server is rude. When we placed our order we were told that the veggie Pho will take a long long time to make…there was 1 other couple in the whole restaurant. Weird thing to say. The food was good.The service is trash.
First time here with my family and the service was terrible!! The place looks dirty and the customer service sucks. They don’t try to keep the customer happy. The pho wasn’t even hot when they brought it to our table and I had to keep asking for things( extra spoon, napkins, hot sauce) I asked for an extra slice of lime and she brought me 3 slices and charged me 1 dollar for it. I’m sorry what!!??? Anyways I will not be going back ever. Save your $ ppl
We went there for lunch and there were only two more tables occupied. One chiefly was working in the back kitchen and two waiter/waitress. It wasn’t busy but we sat at a table for over 20 minutes without being able to order, so we left.
