Staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the non dairy and low sugar options.
The team here are attentive and friendly. Delicious ice cream and tons of flavours. A great stop in south London. Inside is clean and comfortable. Only wish for a larger outdoor sitting area.

Is was good but my friend pulled a black hair from her ice cream she has blonde hair and I have brown so now way our way got in it was disgusting I don’t recommend this I’ve cream shop o don’t have photo proff cause she throw it out
The young lady and man were quite polite whilst taking my order. They gave us plenty of time for us to order and since I have kids it is greatly appreciated. The ice cream and environment of the store is really great. The young lady cleaned up after us and wiped down all the doors and handles.
Great experience on the phone and at pick-up. Got the order I needed with only a few hours notice.
Quality of ice cream/shake was nice but the lady at the counter rushed us to purchase quickly. To be fair we had 6 kids but we also purchased a lot of icecream. I think she panicked seeing so many kids. Working in an icecream shop, staff should be trained on being patient while the customer decides what they want especially kids. Not impressed.
I probably go to Baskin Robbins about once a month or so and this is the location that is the most convenient for me in relation to my work and home. The place is clean on the inside and out with plenty of parking and the location is easy to get to. The ice cream is always so good and it's probably good that I don't live closer so should probably with a whole lot more than I currently do LoL. The ice cream can get pretty expensive but I do understand why as the quality is always top notch. And the end of each month you can get pints of ice cream at a discount so with a little pre-planning you can save a little ?.
Baskin Robbins continue to maintain their good reputation and the staff at this location was quite courteous and professional.
