Bad service they screwed up my cake and didn’t care or do anything. Scraped it and it looked bad. When you pay $50 for a cake you expect it to look nice.

Went with my kids to get ice cream. 3 year old wanted to use the washroom and I requested the staff to let him use the washroom. They looked at me and said no. With a surprised face I told them it's for the 3 year old and they said we can't.Just moved to London from alberta and what a difference in common courtesy. Horrible experience.
Horrible customer service. My family came in, followed the arrows and waited in line for our turn when someone came in to butt in front of us, they looked at us as if we were the problem. They also rushed us when we didn't even have time to decide what we were getting. I found them extremely rude all together. Also very unprofessional. 4 people making the same cone, not managing the store properly. Overall bad first time experience.

If I could give zero Stars I would. This location does not know anything about their products. Very rude staff unprofessional. If I was the owner of this establishment I would at least hire people that know what they're selling and I don't have an attitude. This must be a corporate location because the employees do not care about the bottom line and do not care about the customer I was trying to order a birthday cake and boy was it ever the worst experience of my life. If you're the only one you're reading this hire better staff, Joel and his girls he has working there don't know how to the employees in a business that sells ice cream and fun
Best ice cream in the world. Nice thick with amazing flavours. Try the chocolate chip and chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate mouse royal.
