Cute cozy place. Love the view of Uhauls. The serving sizes are smaller than expected for the price. The ambiance was giving escape room. Very good service but a little slow. Ordered a vanilla latte but it didn’t really taste like vanilla?? Good soup ??
Now at 700 York St, London, N5W 2S8, this is the best place for coffee in the city! One great advantage is the absence of wifi - as the owner says, coffee (in Eritrea) is a time to sit and read or talk. There are so few options for a bright and airy place to enjoy first class coffee and get away from the distractions of phone, tablet, and laptop. Another advantage is that the coffee is bought directly from the producers, so avoiding the whole Fair Trade business (which is really not "fair trade" at all).
Great, independent cafe Always visit when I drive by London. Stopped for coffee and a sandwich. Best coffee I've had; great, affordable food, and most of all, the owner is so always so friendly. Hours expanded recently too.
Great find - stumbled onto this place when I was looking for Organic African Coffee as Gift giving for friends. They all loved it and complimented the freshly Roasted beans . I Have been there again a few time and really enjoyed the warm ambience . The staff and owner really care about the customer experience. Great to have a genuine place like this in London. Keep up the great work .

So glad we found this great coffee place. Excellent coffee and vegan samosas! They had a variety of non- diary options since my husband and I are vegans. Very good staff and service too! We will be back again anytime we are in this area.
An Internet search on a trip between Toronto and Detroit led us to this fabulous find. Lunch was simple but filling, an egg salad sandwich from my husband and an order of vegetarian samosas for me. Both were delicious. The coffee is full-bodied and Rich, truly outstanding! We appreciated all the little touches showing attention to Covid safety and environmental awareness.

London has several coffee shops, but this one by far has the best coffee. If you know about coffee and enjoy a good cup, this is your place. They roast their own coffee in store.They also serve sandwiches so i had to try the bagel club, ingredients are fresh, very tasty.Friendly people.This place is a hidden gem.
Love the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this coffee shop! Everyone who works at Asmara's is super kind and helpful! The coffee, tea and desserts are just wonderful and I can't wait to try other things on the menu. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you!!
