Excellent service knew exactly what I wanted...very impressed with listening to me when I told him what I had just encountered at Col. Talbot store.. see below:Wished to buy the new small chicken slider, small but was being charged for a regular chicken and when I showed him my bill from another A&W he didn't seem to understand...I paid $14 and change for 3 sliders, fries and drinks...so I said he best check with owner and I was going to complain...went to another A&W on Southdale and Montgomery and they knew right away and I bought mine there....he was sorry to here and I asked if he could also check this with the owner..
They love to water down their pop to the point where it’s just fizzy water, sometimes fails to include straws let alone a lid for the drink so you’re left taking the cap off the cup to drink only to put it back on so it doesn’t spill everywhere, stop hiring off a diversity quota and just hire people who care about their job because when I order a burger with ketchup I expect ketchup to be on it especially when I’m paying almost $10 in delivery fees, not ketchup packets thrown in like $1bills at cheap strippers.
Don’t go to this restaurant till at least 9 AM! Been there for the last three weeks in a row at 10 after 7 sit at the drive-through for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. Then they finally told me they won’t be ready to open until at least 740 when all of their hours say 7 AM. I think we need to learn how to run a restaurant properly if you’re not open at seven don’t say you’re opened at seven. We all have things to do with our lives thank you
I love A And W...but after eating there today...not so much...was greeted by a not so happy teenager with a chip o her shoulder to a not busy restaurant. To be handed what could only be considered sub par at best.....I've had better burger I my school cafeteria...sawdust had more moisture than my burger..andyhefries could have passed for burned match sticks....very disappointed
Over charged me on my meal. Explained to the person at the till twice and he just kept stating i was wrong when clearly it was him that was. Only 4.xx$ but do that a few times and you have a great set up!Sent a request to be contacted from their website and haven't heard back. Clearly don't care enough. Won't be back and based off of reviews otherwise on here wouldn't suggest you do either
Worst A&W. They are ripping off people with wrong prices on display and after you pay, they don’t refund. I had a bad experience today 3rd March,2022. I asked for a supervisor and he didn’t even bother to come and talk to me. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and had to leave without a valid reply. I don’t recommend this store.I should have checked the ratings and reviews first.
Came here around midnight and the intercom wasn't working... Pulled up to the window and was told to come inside because their window also wasn't opening all the way? When I got inside, no one was wearing masks so I turned around and left.Do better.
Not sure why everyone was complaining with the 1* reviews they were quick with my jalapeño beyond burger combo accepted a coupon but they said it wasn't covered but changed the name on the receipt to a normal one and gave me the jalapeño one they also gave me an extra BBQ sauce when they normally charge for a second one at other locations 5* for me
Amazing service! Got helped by a tall guy, black crew neck and was working in the evening. He was working really hard, moving from kitchen to cashier (well ofc washing hands). Also helping and guiding other co workers as well. Deserves a raise!Well done to the guy! Great service, food, environment!
This location is NEVER open for delivery after 11:00pm. WHY? Are the overnight staff too lazy too work or just too busy watching utube videos on their cell phones that they turn off delivery option? They should be unemployed.On the upside, the beyond meat burger has made me believe in eating meat alternatives.Bring back Coney Fries!!!!
