For two plus weeks the drive-thru speaker doesn't work or the disgusting looking take out window. Minor fixes makes me wonder what else is broken that they don't fix. Now I will take Dundas from Clark to see if even speaker is fixed if not I will not buy. The wait is too long, plus not even a " sorry for the inconvenience but yet an additude.This on this day of April 22, 2022 @ around 4:30pm.P.s. the star given don't deserve it.
Work night shift and they always are cleaning the grill at lunch hours for us literally 10000 times I've went anywhere between 2am and 5am they don't serve food. Clean your grill at like 6 before breakfast or 12 1 when you have a shift change.
Very friendly. Messed up simple orders one too many times. If you’re stuck hitting this location sit at drive through window and go through every item and topping before you drive away. They usually screw up ridiculous things like giving you a burger with nothing but a patty, a bun and no toppings AT ALL. A&W appears too cheap to repair or upgrade their drive through order speaker system and therefore communication suffers. McDonalds and Harvey’s are across the street. Go there
Best tasting fast food burger. Closest to an actual burger. The other major chains all fail at this. A & W does not.
Great burgers, sweet potato fries and onion rings! Cheddar bacon Uncle burger is the best
A no go for breakfast unless you love super greasy hash browns and bitter coffee. Warning! The pancakes taste like bacon,if you are vegetarian, stay away!
Said they couldn't serve anyone for 30 minutes due to cleaning the grill? Not sure how it'd take that long outside of severe brain damage, dont count on this location being open 24h like they claim.
I come her more often than I'd like to admit. Always recieve consistent and efficient service. Never had a problem here. There is one lady in particular that I get quite often who always seems to have everything under control and she remembers me. One time they forgot an item and she remembered me my next visit and added it to my order without even asking. Thank you so much, will continue to get my dinner here since I hate cooking.
Hit or miss, this location can be good but only if you go between the hours of 2pm and 9pm, after that it’s a no go. Don’t even bother ordering the classic breakfast, they do not know how to cook eggs. My boyfriend got sunny side up with his order, one egg wasn’t cooked and the other the yolk was broken, overcooked and discoloured. When we went to get new ones made the employee just took back our order and let out a huge sigh. Very rude on how they handled it. Please don’t waste your money here.
I Ordered food from here for me and my family. They told me to pull over to side and wait they would bring my food out to me. I wanted 5 minutes and got my food. I went home and the bag was missing half my order and the food in the bag was cold. We called and complained he told us to come back and he would compensate us. He didn't make anything fresh and all he did was give me an extra burger ....... No wonder a&w is going out of business. I'll never go here again. Something that is suppose to be fast food ended up taking over an hour of my time to eat.
