Normally has been good there! Just ordered 2 teen burgers, got them home and both sides of buger were burn't and crispy!?. Last time I ordered a papa burger combo, payed for it, and got a mama burger combo! Not sure whether will go back there or not!
Not sure what's happened to this place. Got there and all garbages were overflowing, the toilets were all plugged in the woman's bathroom. Woman customers were using the men's bathroom. Tables were dirty, floors were dirty and they were only open for a hour. Good was ok, but the burgers were dry. Cashier was friendly, but overall, it was a poor experience. Approach with caution.
I really have to wonder how these kids keep jobs twice I have gonna there and no has browns one tells me they can substitute with bacon or extra egg another tells me I can get fries only everytime I order the Canadian breakfast special with coffee I'm told there is no such thing yet it clearly shows on the menu you can get one with or one without done with this location I walked out today and didn't even get the breakfast cause the guy is so rude enjoy you low ratings.
Worst staff experience I ever had in Canada is at this place..The staff working at that time were rude.I always see before whatever I eat.I ordered same thing two times and i got two different things, I respectfully asked them to make a one without bacon and they were like I have to pay for it.Then i thought to give a try and ask them to remove bacon from my burger and give it back…So the guy there directly uses his finger in front of me and removes it. At this point I was clear that i will not eat that burger. This kind of hospitality is not expected at a good hotspot like A&W.I wish I had clicked some photos.
Dear God I wish I could give them less than a 1 star rating. My last 5 orders have ALL BEEN HORRENDOUS. My kids orders are ALWAYS wrong. My burger tonight was so cold that the mozzarella did not melt even remotely. It feel like I took the entire burger out of the fridge, and then added the cheese. This is by far the absolute WORST establishment for this franchise that I have ever gone to. Forget them. Truly forget the building, their staff all are terrible from a customer service perspective and even in their communication. I will never.... and I mean NEVER buy from them again.
CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!Was given raw uncooked meet on a buddy burger. Took a bite into it without looking and instantly knew something was wrong. Opened it up to see uncooked meet. 10 minutes later I was sick to my stomach in the parking lot. Location only offered a refund and would not make order again. Only one person working at the location by themself. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointed. This is unacceptable and absolutely negligent on the team member
I am a 75 year old woman who has gone into this location for a long time and frequently. In warm weather I sit on the patio and in colder weather I sit inside. The restaurant is very clean. The staff wash the floor diligently every day. I also see them washing their own hands frequently. They have always been very courteous and obliging to me as I take my tea a certain way. I get a lettuce mozza burger as they no longer have multi-grain rolls. I sometimes get pies and fries, onion rings or sweet potato fries. The staff are mainly east Indian and are very pleasant to talk with and work hard. I regard it as my library as I read endlessly there and one staff member calls me 'the professor'. They have handled the pandemic well. Sometimes there is on toilet paper in the ladies' washroom.
So so good! Always fresh and hot fries and/or onion rings which I find can be hit or miss with other fast food joints. Also well done with your compostable packaging ?
Ordered buddy with cheese at highbury and Huron get home to find mold on the bun had to drive back to get a refund will never eat at A&W ever again this should have been caught A&W is worse than I have ever seen in all my years going there. Offered me free food to make things right but just didn't get it when I said I will never eat here again he did say sorry alot but what good is sorry when you hand someone bad food with no care in mind!
Everytime I've ordered from this restaurant via Uber eats, they give me no toppings that I requested on my burger and add mustard even though I never asked for mustard. It's happened 3x now so I won't be ordering from here anymore
