Nice little place. Cashier was very friendly. They were out of sausage links and hashbrowns. They gave us sausage patties and offered extra bacon or more toast. For some reason they has the A/C on so we ate in the car because it was too cold in the restaurant. We did say something to them but there was no seeming recognition of concern. Still a yummy breakfast, for fast food.
I was absolutely appalled at the behaviour of a young cashier on Monday evening. After taking the food order from a trans women, the cashier went behind the counter with other staff and pointed and laughed at the woman. The customer was clearly uncomfortable but she quietly waited for her order and tolerated the abuse. I refused to support a restaurant that employs such ignorant staff. Perhaps you should look into some gender sensitivity training for your staff. What better time to introduce them than Pride month. ?️?
Not only was the place freezing, the tables weren't wiped, nobody came to sanitize and staff werent wearing masks ( promised on the enhanced measures on the door). We went and sat in our car. Just bizarre.

Friendly staff, fast service. Exactly what I expected to get when coming here. Did a great job, me and my kids were happy with our meal from here.
We always stop by this location whenever we visit London. It's convenient to our hotel and close to shopping. Mobile ordering via the app is fantastic; place your order and it will be ready in the drive thru when you arrive. The food is tasty and good quality, and the root beer is great! We wish A&W in the US was this good.
was sitting in the dinning room having breakfast this morning, when i heard the manager yelling and swearing at a customer in the dive tru, when the person came in the ask his name he responded with Nonya, then starting yelling and swearing at them, it looks as if he was going to go over the counter at her. I stood up and tryed to interveen He yelled at me and told me to get out of His store. A visiting manager had to physical drag him to the kitchen. He then refused to give the name of the manager and said i have never seen him like this before. I returned to my seat to finish my meal and myself and 3 other customer heard him yelling in the back room. then heard them all laughtering about the incident and one of them said the other women is still here. I laughting and talking about it continued. I looked for a phone number to report this to but was unable to find one.
Worst service ever, I came here yesterday and ordered 3 buddy burgers and all burgers were wrong. I turned back around the drive-thru to let them know and all they said was sorry were closed now we can’t do anything.. never coming here again.
Clean the restaurant. the garbage was over flowing onto the floor. mud and dirt everywhere
