We ordered the Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger and the Mozza Burger, combos with fries and a drink. We also order two sweet and sour sauce and a gravy. We've never tried the gravy and oh my gosh, the grave it was really really nice. The staff here are always great, fast and efficient and always friendly. The only thing I hope they would do is add the sweet and sour sauce to the a&w app as something that you can add through there rather than having to ask at the drive-in window. Otherwise we love this place.
Staff were friendly and attentive. Tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Very tasty. Hotter than I expected actually. Love the pickles. Not huge but good. Quite enjoy their chilled glass mugs. A nice touch they continue to offer.
I typically love getting a&w but this time I was shocked and concerned to see that my teen burger had a broken plastic bread tag inside of it, being that it is a safety hazard.
Coffee was not up to par, fries were cold. Disappointing quality for AW. Will think twice before coming to this location again.
There burger patties are bad, tried the "best burger ever burger " it was good, is worth almost $11, NO! I'm NOT a fan of the chicken burger, McDonald's has a better "chicken sandwich ". It tastes like something from the frozen food section.
Another great meal to go and definitely a great value proposition with their excellent digital coupons.As this is the closest store to us we have used the drive thru on occasion and had no issues with service or quality of food.Tonight I ordered in store and it was very clean and tidy. The young woman who took my order was polite and professional and it was a very quick process.The food was prepared correctly and quickly and from what I could see the food prep area was well organized and looked clean.The food prep staff seemed well motivated and professional as well.Our meal was as ordered and tasted great (we also appreciate that all the packaging is recycling friendly.I definitely will return and do not hesitate to recommend this spot to friends and family.It’s a well run location for a good quality meal to go (and a nice night off cooking for me).

We were only ones in restaurant but drive thru was very busy. We had to wait a long time to place our order. Food was good but service was slower than we would have liked
Hadn't been in too long. Stopped due to location and the fact I could get a burger at 1030 a.m. (Don't judge, hadn't eaten in 48 hours due to medical) Mozza burger was juicy and tasty, fries were delicious! Breakfast sandwiches were a real hit by those who ate them, although English muffins were a little underwhelming. Eggs and bacon were spot on. Fast and friendly staff at drive thru. Will be back
Love A&W but there’s such an incompetent staff at this location. I ordered my burger with no pickles and said it twice, but found pickles in it when I got home. They forgot to give me my drink, and when I asked for it, they randomly poured me some root beer without even confirming if it’s the drink I wanted. Not ordering from there ever again.
