This is a pricey sushi place for the quality. We went as a family of 7 so had the 15% gratuity applied automatically to our per person price. On the bill, it doesn’t show the extra 15% as a line item and it suggests we add another 15-25% gratuity on the total. Check your bills!
Horrible experience. Went to this restaurant with 4 adults and a baby today. Restaurant was more than half empty. We were seated at a table of 4 that on the main isle with a baby seat very cramped in between tables. We added one more table so we would have some room to eat. The bartender came over and threatened very rudely to increase our bill to 5 people for using this extra table ad they were so busy - they were not even close. At this point two of us had a soup and no additional food. We just told her we would pay for a soup and leave - we would not stay and be uncomfortable. She then threatened to call the cops while my husband asked for a manager. She also physically asserted herself at my husband which was very unprofessional. When the manager came she could not understand the issue as we were clearly in need of the room. We explained that we needed some extra room but we’re not about to pay nearly 40 dollars for our baby so that the rest of us can eat in minimum comfort. She completely understood. We stayed but the whole time the server stared at us and made us very uncomfortable. Overall horrible experience. We had friends from out of town and ruined our long weekend lunch with them. Everyone lost their appetites.We have come to this location for many years but after this we are never eating there again.Just left 12:30 and restaurant remains half empty.Worst experience at a restaurant EVER!!!! Strongly recommend any other sushi location in London above this one.

liked the appetizers, enjoyed the ambience, n food delivered by mobile robot tool was cool. there are more than 60 items on the menu, its hard to remember what u get. we loved all tempura, cheese wontons, sesami's, lo mein and thai curries. Would go again, for sure. the prices used to be $30 for dinner on weekend, which is 40 now. So its very expensive for regular buffet now.
I am allergic to fish and wasnt a fan of sushi until many people suggested me to this place and i decided to try. Since then we have been there 3 times in the last 2 months and it is my new favorite restaurant! So goodDeep fried ice cream is amazing. Avacado pizza is #1 for me and avocado and chicken teriyaki #2 favs. Cant wait to go again post workout!!
Absolutely top 5 places to dine and I am not a sushi person!!! So that should speak volumes. My son and his girlfriend love sushi so I am often going with them as a family outing. There is something for everyone including my 4yr old grandson who enjoys it as well. The staff is super friendly, and always smiling. I have yet over the past 5yrs to have a bad experience. The bathrooms are clean, the food is always excellent, and I can't say the price is bad either. I feel more than content I have eaten more than what I paid out including the tip I leave for my server. We're always looking ahead on the calendar to our next visit.
The food isn't as good as some of the other ayce places out there but the food comes quick, the place is nice and they also got the robot ?
Been a long time but it was well worth the wait. For an all you can eat the fish is top notch and the new robot server is pretty cool.
Delicious, variety of menu, excellent service and good price.I recommend it if you like sushi and Asian food in general.
