Good sushi. Moderate service. Quick delivery of dishes but not the most personable staff. Food was fresh but some of the fish pieces seemed smaller than usual ex. Red dragon not having a full cover of salmon on top or sashimi pieces being smaller.

Did not like most of my order unfortunately. Lots of cucumbers in pieces, very small salmon pieces on the top. The sea weed salad was filled more than half with lettuce. The rolls did not look very presentable.Will not order it again.
The food was great, fresh and delicious... there's not doubt about that.The service though, it was not the best.We know we are currently living in a tough time, but the staff should be nicer and thankful that they do have a job!PS: When the waiters come over to confirm your order, they should change their gloves or wipe out the tablet because they have been touching everything with the same gloves!
This is my go-to sushi restaurant when I am in the Kitchener Waterloo area. Over the years I've eaten here many times and it is always great service and great value for money. I love the ease of ordering and the atmosphere and the choices are tremendous. Beware that when you go to pay it's a different counter than when you started but it's all good. I would recommend that if you love all you can eat sushi this is a place you should stop by if you're in the area.
Use to be good. Disappointing experience this last time. Half the portion size as before. Many items no longer available. Worse of all they just stop bringing me food. A buddy and I tag along for dinner with another’s friends family. I was just ordering for myself like I would always do. After less than an hour they stop bringing me anymore food they just waited till we left.
Best all you can eat i n town. One time we got a table by the door (our choice) but it was super cold and lots of traffic your face, but next time we were offered a round booth. It was awesome. Takes the whole sushi experience to the next level. You can actually concentrate on food. Staff is as expected in this type of restaurant. Will come again, and again.
Service is quite inconsistent. Some items can take 5 minutes and others take over an hour. In particular the sashimi always seems to be the last item you receive and really the rolls leave something to be desired.Overall its fine, but there are better sushi places in town.
Very Rude guy! Throwing the dishes ! Very disrespectful!The lady didn’t explain anything about buffet system! We had 3 different sushi’s we didn’t like it. When we went to pay the bill they just charged us 88$.Really ? For 3 plate of sushi ? And then he told me it’s buffet system! Which they didn’t explain before?*****?????I hate this experience! Never gonna step back!Can’t believe even serving in broken dirty bowl! ?
Starting off,The food was delicious, the fish was fresh and it was delivered quite quickly for the amount of customers in there. Definitely recommend AYCE. The chefs do an amazing job.However, the service wasn’t the greatest. Although there was one really nice server, there was one in particular (i’m not sure if she was a server or not.) when we went to pay at the desk she wasn’t grateful at all for the tip and was very rude about it. she was also very loud, and i’m sure she wasn’t even our server to begin with. I would come again for the food, but the lady was an experience I wouldn’t forget. However, the guy who was hosting was very sweet and delivered our drinks quickly with manners and seated us very fast.
