Our server Tav was awesome. They were out of stock and she suggested another item and it was amazing!!! Definitely recommended!!
Went on a Tuesday for half off wings. The Half off wings do not come with veggies or fries, which was disappointing. Lots of flavours to choose from and good meaty wings. Service was good but a little slow to get your food. Floors were also very sticky for some reason.
The staff are so friendly and helpful here. It was my first time checking out this location and I was very impressed by how quick the service was. The food also was amazing
This was a horrible experience. Walking distance from home went to watch game 7 of the leafs loss they were dressed in ref outfits but had no clue about sports. They put the Punjabi broadcast on. Management was no where to be found. 5 servers behind the bar chatting with 2 friends drinking at the bar and on their phone the whole time. Spent a 100 bucks for fried food. Got billed for top shelf but wasn't served top shelf. Walked down to Kelseys for the third period at sunrise center and found what deserves a 100 dollar bill. For the record spent 60 last week at st Louis Bar and grill and had fantastic food and servers. Wild wing has a couple of fryers and a microwave and staff that suck at least at Fischer Hallman and Ottawa in Kitchener. Better food at wendys, Omega, tim hortons and short stop if you are in the area.
The food was good. There was one table when we walked in, and there were 5 girls at the bar. First thing we noticed was how noisy it was, but when we sat down at our table we realized it was just one girl talking that was so loud. All 5 girls were staff, the loud one was standing behind the bar. My husband and I were trying to have a conversation, but all we could hear was her talking. Before we left, we noticed 3 of the girls, yes the loud one was one of them, eating at the end of the bar. Licking their fingers,,,Gross!!!! And I'm sure there is a health and safety violation there!!! I think it will be a long time till we go back to this location
The staff here are always trying so hard to make sure everyone is having a great time. Delicious wings and they accommodated a large party of 16 with flying colours!
A restaurant that can't follow through an appointment it has made for job interviews is simply not to be trusted for customer service either
If you ever order from here mind you could be $20 or $150 buck please before worked if they mess up your order you call and let them know, you are now in a Complaint book for staff and chef to see the " complaint my book" if anyone knows restaurants this where people usually end up with spit saliva hair not cooked properly food , so be for warned you call because either the waitress or cook messed up you are now complaining. Good luck to you all and I hope they loose business.Oh yes my step son has added one further comment, he got Fraser salad it was completely soaked like a swimming pool in the sauce, couldn't taste the veggie es at all actually threw up a little in his mouth.So just have to say if they could get -20 stars we would definitely give it to them
We got the Saturday Special for four as take out it was awful in the beginning she forgot my fries and pop I had to go back in I asked for unbreaded I got breaded and unbreaded all mushed together I also asked for well done wings so f anything they were undercooked and tough and my fries were hard. This is not the quality we have had in the past as there was no care or concern put into our order we were very disappointed
Have ordered there a few times when the restaurants are shut down for indoor dining and the wings are always good quality. There is always a flavor for someone in the house to choose from. Some day we will eat there and have some beers. A bit pricy when compared to bars and roadhouses but the wings are never small and consistently good.
