Won't answer your phone and have a full mailbox guess my complaint will be public then. Regardless of the fact that this location has 0 accountability, everytime I order from you something is wrong whether it's no fork for my poutine or like this time a suggestion of ketchup and no receipt. Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant but I'm really not interested in paying for your food if everytime I go something is wrong or I'm not even given what I need to eat my food. Would give 0 stars if I could 1 is too generous.
Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese slice and a strawberry lemonade.Got 1 spicy chicken and 1 I guess it was beyond meat. No cheese slice . I was charged 61 cents each for a cheese slice . Now their dine in is closed because of staff shortage and a 8 car line up so one would have to wait 20 minutes to complain and then another 10 to get the order.This is the worst experience ever
I love Wendy's but this location always makes me question if it's really worth it. It's closest to me so sometimes I make the mistake of giving them another chance. With Wendy's now doing breakfast I thought I'd give it another go. No one inside yet stood and waited a while before being served, no biggie. Got the breakfast baconator combo. Bacon was burnt bad enough that it added a char taste that helped ruin that. Took lid off coffee and found bits of crumbs or something floating in it, undrinkable. Had a guest with me whose experience was the same. Officially done with this location and probably my first and last attempt at a Wendy's breakfast. Bravo. What a sad joke.
The service was fast. Only my guest and I agreed the sandwiches were just slightly warm. More on the cold side. I usually love a Wendy's burger I have always been impressed. This time NOT so much.
Considering its 8 bucks for a spicy chicken youd think youd get better quality than this!What is this? Seriously? Whay a disgrace that employees could careless about quality. And the window guy working the 2nd window at noon on April 19 didnt even greet me or said anything....this is your best customer service?

You might want to send an inspector into 4500 King St E, Kitchener, ON N2P 2G4. It is absolutely filthy. The ice machine is caked with syrup, the floors are filthy, all the cabinets with the condiments are gross and dirty. All the tables are dirty, and behind the counter is gross. Fries all over the floor, chilli pot dirty and no water so cold. I am calling the local inspector into that store in the morning. It is not busy and they are standing around laughing and talking. Been here 45mins haven't seen a single thing cleaned.

The food is always good at Wendy's. But, the place is really dirty. The bathrooms look like they have not been cleaned in a long time, the entrance walls are disgusting. Tables dirty and sticky. Not impressed.
Came here mid week at lunch time, drive thru was busy. The staff handled their lunch hour well and I wasn't waiting in line long at all especially since I order a chicken sandwich. Props to the staff and everything was cooked and served perfectly
