It's in the hospital so of course it's busy. It is just another Tim Hortons.

I understand it’s a hospital, it’s very busy and I’d like to think the staff are trying their best. But a lot of the times I notice they are dragging their feet :| My coffee taste burnt most times. Hopefully they can work on keeping it always fresh. Let’s hope they can do better.

Really enjoyed the Easter donuts yumm. Cut back on the glaze icing yuk ! Bring back the maple Danish, walnut crunch donuts, n the Ham n cheese tea buscuit, really miss all them !! Drive threw needs to be faster I waite anywhere 11 minutes to 15 min to much chatting at drive threw window ! LISTOWEL Mitchel rd. South n Wallace st.N both r bad orders messed up coffee,s not stirred yuk !

Very rude customer service. Old man in this 60s...Cashier refused to let me have a breakfast sausage sandwich with the egg on "the side". He forced a sandwich with no egg & additional egg charge.. the difference of 40cents... Disgusting.

Slowest Tim Hortons on the planet and the employees are always extremely rude. I asked for a straw once and got 4 of them literally thrown at me. They also usually mess up my order in some way, shape or form which is very irritating when you're paying for it.

I got to Tim's here pretty frequently and always order a bagel toasted with extra extra butter. 90% of the time there's barely any and I took it back a few times to get it fixed and they seemed really annoyed. I have 30 mins for my break and often 15mins is spent getting this right. Its butter! Ive asked multiple times but they still make it the same. There aren't many food options in the hospital but I give up. I'll just wake up at 330am to make breakfast for work i guess.

Amazing staff.i know sometimes its busy and we have to wait but that's not their fault.overall they try to give all a wonderful service

Coffee High for the patients is always good.

This Tim Hortons is very slow. They got my coffee wrong twice and the hash-browns taste like they had been sitting out all day. I say being your own coffee from home.

Everybody in Canada love Tim Hortons, you say Tim Hortons you say Canada. Sometimes coffee is not how it supposed to be but I am still coming back the second day because I know that previous day it was a bed batch.
