Always enjoy a Tim Hortons coffee..fast and efficient I use the app everyday I think at this point
Worst manager and worst attitude, no manners or what so ever, the cashier was a very kind person but unfortunately the people lead are bad. I came in for 5 dozens of assorted doughnuts and I lest with two because of the attitude and the vibe I got from the manager, she was mad for buying this much???!!! Anyways I feel bad for who ever works there.
I go to this location often; sometimes, my order is correct, and sometimes I'm missing items. The staff are always helpful and polite when I mention missing food. Check your food order before leaving.
They’re constantly out of soup, sandwiches, and the customer service not great! I prefer to go further to the one in Bleams and have better service and experience! This is a NO for me!
My coffee is very inconsistent. I go here everyday as it's right beside my house and order 1 to 2 coffees. They both will be hit or miss here, sometimes it's a good coffee and sometimes it's so bad I can't drink it so I end up turning around and asking for a new one. The biggest thing about this store is that they're focused on being fast to the point that their customer service should be rated as 1 or 0 star if possible, some days. If I had another Tim's close by, I wouldn't go here anymore . Half the time they're not even open on time.
Hate to be this person but 8 out of 10 times… they will mess up your order. I have never had so many bad experiences at one place until going to this tim hortons. Honestly, for your own sake, check your order before leaving. I’ve also had them mess up a remake more than once… if you can avoid this location and go to a different one, do it. It’s impressive how bad they are at this point
My iced coffee is always made properly here. I've never had a bad ice coffee from here. Also the food is always made the way I like it!
Worst experience at at Tim Horton's! Does not deserve even 1 star! Have been a frequent customer, but will not support their business anymore. The staff and management are very rude, unprofessional and even accusatory. I was missing some items from an order and also received the wrong items and didn't realize until I got home. I drove back shortly to tell them they mixed up my order and to get the correct order. They said they couldn't give me the order I paid for because I didn't have a receipt (they never give them, unless specifically asked for). So I spoke to the exact same guy at the drive-thru window who I thought would remember my recent order. He said he didn't remember me (BS) and if I had received the wrong order, there would have been food left over. I told him he must have given it to the next person after me, because I did not receive the full or correct order. I knew that the original order I placed was correct because I checked the screen at the time. The manager rudely said to me "we don't give handouts of food for free" and the staff just laughed. I felt so insulted, that they would accuse me of lying. They mess up orders so frequently, maybe they do it on purpose knowing most people won't bother to come back to correct it and it's more money in their pocket! Now I wish I hadn't spent a few hundred dollars on Christmas gift cards at that location a couple days ago.They just lost a bunch of customers! My family was shocked to hear how rudely I was treated and won't do business there again, ever! I'm very disappointed that Tim Horton's hires managers/staff that are so incompetent at their job and treat customers so rudely and disrespectfully.
I have refrained enough from giving this location a bad review. It's close to my home and hence, I had a geographical attachment to it, so to speak. But, sad to say the staff here at this location have turned no stone unturned in making my family's and mine, and my neighbours' experience utterly dissatisfactory and mentally taxing!From wrong orders to poorest quality of customer service, this location has by far been at the lowest rank in every aspect of quality and customer experience, to say nothing of the terrible exhibition of manners from staff when you return your wrong order for the right one. I have been struck time and again by the overwhelming lack of hospitality exhibited by the staff at this location, and have finally become resolute to never return to this location of Tim Horton's!I would love for myself and my friends & family to return to this location provided the staff is replaced and the essence of a Canadian coffee shop restored. With the construction of a plethora of community amenities nearby, I foresee tremendous potential for this location of Tim Horton's and would hate to see its reputation tarnish due to the aforementioned reasons. I urge the person responsible to take action in ensuring that other people in the neighborhood don't get treated with such disregard as I did last evening.
Just went to this Tim Horton drive thru and got coffee couldn’t believe really bad taste no coffee flavour taste like hot water and milk they don’t care what they are serving to customers worse experience ?
