This location!! Wow. Ordered apple fritter with the coffee, it was the freshest doughnut I’ve ever had from Tim’s, or anywhere for that matter. It was fantastic. I think they changed their recipe, for the better I might add.Great service, excellent product. I was impressed and pleased.
Chronically under staffed. Expect to stand in line for 15-20 minutes - drive-through or walk-in. Staff are great and doing the best they can with what they're given.
This is the worst Tim Hortons you can go to. There Customer service is horrible and their manager Amy shouldn’t even be a manager. She has no respect for anyone. It’s best to go to the next tim Hortons
If I could give 0 stars I wouldI got large coffee with coffee grinds at 7am came back at 2pm just to tell them and Cindy the employee says I need to see the cup DURING COVID she wants the cup well I asked to see the manager AMY and they look at you like your a liar first off I don't need your free coffee just wanted tell you so you don't do it right now again on the coffee I'm going to buy stay away from this place NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL JUST OUT FOR THEM SELFgood job Amy on losing another customer ? ?
Paranoid and discriminatory service. Was served with hostility because I wasn't wearing a mask. The mask wearer behind me however was greeted and served with a smile and a "welcome to tim hortons"Laughable at best.My coffee was burnt as well. I'd focus on making a proper coffee rather than engage in political absurdities. Not even worth the 1 star given.
Top of the line location, many times I've waited to get to this location for their premium quality.
I came here to try Bieber balls. They were good and service is always good here too. I was kind of surprised to find that they don't check vax papers at this location for people sitting inside but that doesn't really bother me cause I'm vaxxed.
I routinely recieved the most wonderful customer service at this time Hortons location. I also have been there for lunch hour at the high school and seen the staff handle absolute chaos while treating the students with respect. Every time I come here I've left with a smile. Thanks!

The "outstanding Timmies" at Bird on St in Kitchener was so poor they do not deserve even one star. This morning while waiting for the bus and decided to order from there. I asked for a small tea, donut, and 3 muffins totaling $8.95.It seems as there were not arrows or verbal words I stood on the wrong side waiting for my order. When in the correct side I kept waiting as on the counter was only 1 muffin and donut there. Another lady was yelling as every time she goes on her order is never correct either. The employees could care less and ordered her to leave. I myself could wait no longer for my order and had to leave without the rest. When I complained the lady claimed I never even ordered a tea but yet I got a whole 5 bonus points for not getting my tea. That location is full of incompetent people will equipped to do their jobs. Try to avoid this location unless you like losing money.
