The only Timmies in the city that have never messed up my order. Today was the exception but the manager, Leigh Anne was incredible! She remade my Farmer Bacon Wrap without question and offered extra bacon because there was a wait for hashbrowns. Made sure there was no Chipotle sauce anywhere near my wrap and gave me the extra mayo I wanted. Topped it all off with a free donut to make up for the error done.I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION!???
The drive thru was easy to hear, and the employees were polite. There was a small mix up but they quickly corrected it before I left the drive thru.
Coffee was barely warm and must have been the end of the pot as it had a bitter taste and coffee grounds in the cup. My sandwich was missing the turkey. We won't be back. The service wasn't very good.

If you want to go as a customer they are so nice and you will get good service but if you want to go and work there it's worse. i have ever had my bad experience to working there seniors are very rude and yelling at us everytime not everyone can do it fast work they knows they are doing there best even we work hard they don't have any values for their co-workers. They are doing PARTIALITY that I have noticed and I don't like it at all.I can't recommend this place to go work instead of working there, i like to say that wait for some good opportunities.
Cannot seem to find the drive-thru area of this complicated Tim Hortons. Be prepared to pull off the main lot and consult with a map.
Wait and wait then wait some more. Its 3.00 am and no fresh coffee is made again. What the hell is wrong with tims.Had enough going to McDonald's from now on. It's always fresh. Tims have gotten to big for their britches. Boycott them or go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor.
