The fastest Tim Horton's drive thru in KW. They pride themselves on order accuracy and speed although sometimes to the detriment of common sense as I once had my napkins and straws thrown at me in an attempt to close off my order as fast as possible and get to the next customer!

The service has gone way downhill I had my food just dropped on the counter not even placed, she walked away because she forgot to do a mobile order. For somebody who's waiting a half an hour for an iced coffee and then when I asked for a bag I got a really rude just wait. It wasn't even busy.. I'll never come back. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the city. The drive-thru with no better for my experience. Most Saturdays. There's some lady there that's pretty much throwing your coffee in your car showing you out as quick as possible. It's just annoying, especially on a Saturday morning

To be honest, I don't write many reviews. But i felt I had to share my experience. Firstly, I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and when I got to the window the debit machine was basically thrown at me,following my breakfast sandwich. It was rushed and came off extremely rude. I politely told the lady it's ok to slow down. It was not a very welcoming experience.

Friday afternoon shift (May 27) around 3:30 was not impressed with the service received from the girl working - she refused to give me her name obviously because she was very aware of her ignorance- she claimed she was so rude because there was only 2 girls working which is not the public's fault if in fact there was only 2 working ( which would be ridiculous)But making customers walking in wait quite sometime so that they can serve drive thru first is unacceptableAnd when I finally did get served this particular girl was extremely ignorant and on top of that didn't even care to make my coffee properly and full of grinds as well- she was so rude that I had to go to a different Tim Hortons for them to correct it because I just didn't want to have to interact with her againDefinitely some customer service skills should be reminded to some of your staff at this particular Tim'sI also think they should have to wear name tags so that when an incident such as this occurs the employees that need better training in how they speak to customers ( which really is just common courtesy and respect)are given that training and don't give all the other girls that are actually doing their jobs properly a bad nameI will not visit this Tim Hortons again because of this individual that has been quite rude on more than one occasion on afternoon shift

I understand that drive thru has to move at a decent speed to keep the flow going but having my changw , food and drink practically thrown at me and when I don't gran the next thing fast enough the woman repeats what she is holding like I'm not moving quick enough for her . All while I'm just trying to out the loose change away before it ends up on the floor on my vehicle. My bagel was barly toasts and had little butter either!!! Horrible service

Somebody Please kick "Judy" off the drive thru window ... I've never met such an ignorant and rude individual as her, and go out of my way if possible to avoid going to this location. She often is extremely short and impatient with customers, and almost throws the order at you and gets pretty irritated if you hesitate or ask a question.

Called to make a complaint about missed items and their phone kept cutting in and out. When they called me back, after talking to me again, they hung up without saying goodbye, or any indication that they were ending the call. When my daughter went there to pick up the food that was missed on the order, they gave her the wrong food again!!!!

The lady that works at the drive thru station should not be working there , she is so rude I mean I dont like complaining but I cant let it go this time as this was the second time she just ruined my morning. She is in so much rush that she does not care to listen to the customer. I mean a little politeness would be appreciated.

The person running the drive thru window every morning needs to chill. I feel rushed everyday because they are trying to push me thru as quick as possible, even when the line is empty. Today they screwed up my order again, likely because this person is rushing the drink maker too.

The old lady running the drive thru rushes you stuffing drinks in. Your face ruin my morning everyday and then doesn’t tell me the tap is broken and she thinks I can read her mind…. Very bad place to go not good costumer service at all
