Evening team was so slow.., they took 12 mints for 4 coffee only at the drive thru.and still made a drink wrong. All they were doingwas just chilling around meanwhile 4 cars waiting at the DT

Worst customer service. Went in last night at 8:45 pm. They had no homestyle biscuits, no everything bagel, no sandwiches at all. Ordered a dozen of donut and I asked one of the donut which was different in price and was refused and was told to pay extra.Atleast take care of ur customer when u r running out of everything. Tim bits were served in a bags bcoz again they didn't had boxes.Did not get what I wanted ,and what I wanted was an argument of few cents .....

I went to this location on Victoria day afternoon. Place was fully packed with customers and people were standing in the line. I placed my order online & got it in a very short time. Appreciate their faster service.

Worst customer service ever received from this Tim Hortons location. We don’t come here for the coffee, We can have coffee from anywhere, we visit for the service. The attendant at front is too rude. I will rather prefer having coffee from the nearby mcdonalds.

Have my coffee started looking for a place to sit - ALL tables not in use are dirty. Asked for someone to come and clean - young male teen bucket of water - washes staff table - I’m standing waiting my husband states why are you cleaning the staff table we are waiting here for a clean one. No response - washes table - table is now soaking wet he walks away to next table - my husband has to go ask for napkins to dry the table we finally get to sit. As we sit the young male is now kicking chairs not using his hands but kicking the chairs under the tables and bar along window.Oh and when do staff get prime seats ??

Worst Tim Hortons franchise ever. The staff is very unprofessional. I was in drivethru and waited for like half hour. The guy at the window miss behaved and didn’t even apologise for delay. He closed the window rudely and didn’t give me the order. The guy was behaving unprofessionally and rudely. Didn’t expected from such reputed franchise like this.

This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons - their drive thru is always super slow, they have a hard time getting your order correct and of course the chocolate donut is always placed at the bottom of the bag chocolate side down. Only go here if you really are deserve for a coffee

Went there in the drive thru today, took so much time, also ordered mocha with chocolate and too little chocolate, and had grey hair on one of the mocha.

We just wanted to compliment Nate on his exemplary customer service this evening. We ordered a wrap which didn’t turn out right. He rectified this right away for us with extreme courtesy and concern. It’s hard to find customer service like this any more. He definitely will make a great manager some day. Thank you for making our experience a wonderful one Nate.
