The staff is really awesome! One of the staff “SIRAT” always makes a smiley on everyone’s drinks and makes my day. She is very polite too. Thank you for your service.
Great experience here. Bagel was fresh, and the spread of cream cheese was evenly distributed. Made for an enjoyable yet restricting snack.
Good food, and clean environment.But understaffed.
The staff over there completely messed up my orderI ordered everything bagel with hash brown, also told them to put garlic and herb cream cheese with chipotle sauce, lettuce and onions, but what I got is bagel with very little chipotle sauce and one lettuce with dry hash brown. I can see there is no shortage of staff in the store but they all are busy passing the order to each other. Not at all satisfied
It's a drive-thru focused location with a small front area for walk ins. The coffee is hit or miss like most Tim Hortons. If you must get your java fix from here, I suggest going during the day. Some of the evening staff are rude and neglegent.If I were to treat my customers this way, I wouldn't have any. I would say that a re-training on customer service is in order but I somehow doubt that a lesson in common sense and decency would land.I'll no longer be a patron at this location and go somewhere else and even pay more just so I can be treated with a modicum of curtosey.Oh and if you do visit, ordering anything more than a single coffee is playing russian roulette whether you will get what you ordered or not.
Excellent service went for Cappuccino and the best coffee I ever had. Staff are incredibly friendly and efficient.
I can't say I'm having wonderful experiences at Tim Hortons these days. I wanted to celebrate a small victory with some donuts with friends and ordered some Canadian Maple only to be told they don't make them. What? The most Canadian donut on the menu and they don't make them? Wow.The staff was not friendly either. There was no smile or hello, just a box thrust out through the tiny window at me.Sure these are tough times, especially for the service industries, but it's made even tougher when people are grumpy. Would it hurt to smile a little and uplift your own day? Let alone those coming through your drive thru?
Ask them anything (bagel or English muffin) toasted / double toasted with butterTHEY WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PUT LUMPS OF BUTTERWendy the manager is really nice and sweetBut the staff is highly untrained!!Wendy gets everything remade, if there is a problemBut the staff only knows how to argue and argue more and of course they know how to make faces!!!!!!!!!!!
