Waited 15 minutes in the drive through to get a coffee. This drive through is one of the slowest in the city. All those cars idling in the drive through are great for the environment ?. The owner spent thousands of dollars on a second menu board and speaker that I have yet to see work. Maybe they should have put the money towards the massive potholes in the drive through. Probably would have been a better investment
First time I went to Tim Hortons for something other than donuts (haven't been north for a while). Stopped for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the selections available. I was even able to get a breakfast sandwich in the afternoon.
Worst place ever... Their employees name prathiba & Veerpal are rude people ever,,, they don't have manners at all I don't know why they keep these people for customer service. Tim Hortons authorities should look into this matter. Manager there is just for name sake... She never show up while there is an issue. We asked prathiba for some thing at 2:30 pm she was like I can't help I have to leave at 3:00 pm... I mean it's was damm half n hour time.... If it goes like this... This place will be shut soon.... If the want to save this place, authorities should look into matter as soon as possible.??????
Worst Tim Hortons ever, no food after 9? Really no wonder Timmie's is losing customers. Worst part is they had bagels muffins and donuts in their display when you looked in the windows. Horrible management
This location needs to be shut down and cleaned properly they need all new staff including management nothing is ever in stock and they always mess up our order. And head office doesn't care

Today we had ordered two grill cheese melt and we paid for 2 of them. After that we have been waiting for our food and they just gave us one so we told them that we paid for two of them and we went to the register and requested that give us our food and restaurant manager was stared arguing with us and didn’t offer our food that we paid for.Your staff and restaurant manager needs to have training to how to talk with customer. I have the manager (she/her) name on the duty but don’t want to mention here. Words from her: “this is how business run”If you want to ever insult yourself in the morning and spoiling your whole day then visited this location for sure.??I will give -5 rating out of 10 to this location.
I've been to this Tim Hortons location several times this month and have been consistently underwhelmed. First of all, the drive-thru is in such poor condition an off-road capable vehicle should be required to use it. It is difficult to imagine how poorly maintained this location must be in order to have a pot hole riddled drive-thru lane that is physically uncomfortable to drive through. This issue creates a very poor first impression to say the least.Multiple times now I have been told that there is no white bread in stock for sandwiches and it doesn't seem to matter what time of day I order. This location does not carry many of the most popular kinds of donuts, which is disappointing. Today I attempted to order a tea and was told that there is no hot water left and the staff are not able to make this kind of beverage. I would expect hot water to be the absolute bare minimum when it comes to a Tim Hortons restaurant. Overall, the poor quality of this establishment is baffling.

Very disrespectful, the screen said “order at the next station” so we did that and staff was rude telling us to hurry up. They misunderstood our order and also billed us incorrectly. Definitely not coming back. Thank you very much for starting my morning like that.
