I Have a business on Guelph Street ( just down the road from this Tim Hortons) usually get breakfast from tim hortons every morning, this is by the worst tim hortons service possible. The food was put together like it was thrown together, greet the staff at the window ( Good morning) It's like she hasn't wake up as yet or wasn't thought manners. Never going to visit this location again and would never recommend this location to anyone.
I will never support this location because they support the banning of unvaccinated kids from the summer camps without science based facts behind it
The employee on the speaker has a hard time hearing the order and I've ask for double toasted bagel and it wasn't toasted at all. It was heated...
It is nice but the drive thru was so slow .. it was noontime tho so probably it is not always like that ...
I have twice made the mistake of ordering a sandwich here. Both times the lettuce was slimey and old. Makes me concerned about how clean their kitchen is if they disregard expired food
Have had some issues but they get them resolved rather quickly if your coffees messed up or something let them know they have room for improvment but are on the right track 3 stars up for review again soon.
They should ask about roll up the rim. I had my phone at the roll up the rim scanner. She took my money and then said she couldn’t scan after I had paid. She ignored my phone. She gave me a hard time. They did scan it eventually and I won a free doughnut so not all bad. The supervisor was nice.

Not recommended for guests with mobility. There are 2 accessible parking spots but the site is badly configured. These two spots are 30 double strides from the entrance (you don't have to cross drive thru but it makes the parking quite distant from door. Go to a different Tim Hortons if you or your guests have mobility difficulties. The photo shows distance from closest spot to door.
