Avoid this location, flies all over the food, extremely entitled and rude staff, that'll never get your order right the first time you say your order or even the second time!
I went in to order with a well marked service dog. There was no acknowledgement that there was even a customer there (no eye contact, no greeting at all). After being ignored for close to 10 minutes. I left.
went to the drive thru, gave my order, then moved to the window to pay. as i’m paying, the card i’m using doesn’t have tap so i need to input my pin, and their machine doesn’t work. i pushed one button and 5 numbers get pressed. i could tell the lady was getting impatient even though THEIR machine wasn’t working. i told her the machine wasn’t working and she said ‘i cant do anything it’s your debit card’. then, i used another card with tap because i couldn’t use that machine and come to realize they didn’t get my whole order. i asked if she could do the one food item they missed, she said they were on something ‘timed’, no idea what she said since she mumbled, asked me to go around. it’s not easy to go around at this tims so i just left. she rushed me even though there was one other car behind me. honestly best way to ruin my morning.
I had an amazing experience at thus Tim's! Clean coffee shop with very friendly staff. Service was quick and accurate. Bonus was an employee using sign language to communicate with a Def customer. He took his time to serve this customer with such grace and understanding. Definitely something you don't see everyday! Great job to you Mr. Tim's employee!
By far the worst Timmies I've been to. Time and time again they manage to disappoint, whether it's getting your order wrong or providing terrible service. Today was the worst as I may now need to fix my phone's USB port because an employee couldn't be bothered to secure the lid on the coffee cup. And once I had coffee spill all over my car, you would think he'd scramble to grab some napkins - you'd be wrong because he just stood there trying to hand me the remaining items in my order until I asked for some napkins. And to top it off, there was no apology until another employee came to the window. The level of incompetence never ceases to amaze.
I went to get breakfast and use the washroom first thing in the morning. Garbage over flowing and 0 tissue paper. Not for the changing station. Not for the toilet. None for your hands. How can both the morning and night shift miss this. They must have been too busy swearing and carrying on as heard as I figure out what to do. Left feeling so gross and no longer hungry. I would rather starve then return to this location.
Food and drink was fine today at around 2:45 pm. However, EVERY table was dirty. We picked the cleanest dirty table and informed the staff. The guy said ok and then did nothing. The place was not busy at all: even drive-in was slow. When we left a half hour later I told the same person that the tables were still all dirty and got a blank look. Not impressed at all.
The worst service ...today orederd a coffee with expresso shot got a coffee with cream when i told them its wrong..a worker in a turban came telling me i ordered wrong and started to argue with me.... that is the most disgusting thing i have ever experianced at a tim hortons....
My school is near here and I would go here for lunch to grab a coffee and something to eat. The iced coffee is good and the employees are pretty nice. My only problem is that there are always a bunch of kids loitering outside and vaping. Overall, great service
I did like the coffee and chocolate. I try the donuts amazing tasty flavors. I try the light roast instant coffee from the market and taste really good too.
