The customer service bad , I had visited twice both time I noticed that the staff on counter not closed the lids properly on hot coffee which resulted spilled over my dress . They need to be more cautious about this .
Very rude staff coffee is always burnt don’t recommend going to this Tim’s at all
Do yourself a favour and go to a different location. This one isn’t capable of getting orders correct.
This place is just awesome I visited twice they are really quick and accurate with orders… Especially prem was really good at customer service

Really not surprised on all of the 1 star reviews.Honestly, who ever owns this Tim Hortons should actually be ashamed.. It's a joke. It's like every time I attempt to go to this location, it's a new, untrained employee with the worst customer service.Not to mention, they've apparently been out of chicken for weeks? Which isn't as big of a problem as countless wrong orders.Fun Story:I once ordered a chicken wrap, could barely understand the person at the drive thru. Apparently they were out of chicken but I couldnt understand them. They somehow ended up confidently allowing me to order a chicken wrap, and when I opened the wrap acouple minutes down the road it was lettuce, tomato, and ranch sauce. Literally no chicken. Paid full price.This place is an absolute joke. The Tim Hortons brand itself should abolish this location.Conclusion:There's a fantastic location about 1 minute around the corner, in the plaza on the corner of Bleams and Homer Watson.If I could spit on the brick walls of this establishment, I would. But I'm not sure I could bring myself to come within range ever again.
I don’t know how this Timmies stays in business. Every time I’ve been here there was an issue. Either they mess up my order or they have horrible customer service. Just today I went in with a friend who had a QR code from a European country. He recently came to Canada and didn’t have time to switch it over, and there’s no need either since after March 1st they won’t be needed anyway. We were refused to sit in their dining room because their app won’t scan his QR code. I asked if a person from another province comes with their own QR code and the app can’t scan it, what do they do? The manager told me they don’t allow them to sit. Which makes zero sense, other establishments make sure your QR code is valid, either scanning it with Verify Ontario app or with a different QR code scanner. This Timmies just stands for rudeness and discrimination and they are never again getting my business.
One of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. They never have eggs and they don't have plain timbits.
Sat in the store waiting 10 minutes for service. No customers inside. Drive thru steady... not one employee even acknowledged I was there. So I left. Got served at another Tim Hortons within seconds of walking in. Garbage customer service at this location
In this covid situation , they are still taking the food back, i went over there this evening and order for muffin to be heated and they give me heated with butter and than when i told them to make new one for me, they first agree to make but than a white girl came and said to take it back, i said her i will throw that in dustbin but still she said she will not make a new one until i gave her back the old one, n she make a big issue of this in front of everyone, with no reason, no one is taking and food stuff which get handed by someone , but that lady was arguing alot with me.I suggest don't go to that place ever, they are not even wearing gloves.
