If I could id give negative stars!!!! Been here a few times everytime I'm rushed through and if I order food its throne at me! Got charged an extra drink and they couldn't give me a full refund they had to give me barly any change for the item!
Poor and rude customer service, you have to speak twice for what you want to order even loudly because I guess girls working there are having some hearing problem! I tell her to order creamy chill and she added strawberry quencher instead. They also don't have anything else instead of coffee or 1 flavor creamy chill even if they've they'll probably say, 'we don't have it right now'Deserve zero rating!
Well I have to be honest the people that work there I'm not that nice we were there and bought a couple of donuts couple of drinks. We thought it was kind of inappropriate of them when they threw out all the donuts into the garbage bin right after we had purchased our Donuts. We even offered to take them off their hands cuz if they're just going to throw them away might as well give them to people who want them. I thought that I had left my wallet there and it still could be there but they told us to call for the morning shift so we looked up the number and it's out of order so there's no phone number for us to call and we don't drive and it's quite a long walk to get there to ask a question so I think they need to get their phone numbers sorted out and maybe be a bit more professional when they have customers standing there.
Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to at a tim Hortons. Don’t know why there is 2 lanes when they can barely serve 1
Go to timmies almost daily..usually always how you want it and often being made while you are still ordering it..go to a few different ones..usually nice and mellow flavor unlike some other chains who can have bitter harsh taste.
This Tim Hortons is just horrible. They make you wait so long because drive thru is more important to them. They get my order wrong a lot and at 8:00 pm you can't even get a hot chocolate, put some powder in the machine, to much work I guess..
The odd time I stop here, the service is extremely slow if you go to the storefront. There’s only room for two customers in the store at a time so you have to freeze outside if there’s any kind of line. The last time I was there, I simply ordered an iced coffee (the standard way) and the employee was very confused, asking if I wanted it black, and when I said no just however you make it with cream and the sweetener, and she just stared at me. Another employee finally helped her, but she didn’t put any of the sweetener base, and had to remake it a second time. I worked at Tim Hortons for 4 years as a teen. Do they not train their employees anymore???? Half the time, I know it would be faster to just hop behind the counter and do it myself.
never has anything in stock after 6pm. my coffee has been made wrong the last 3 times I went. People that take orders don't understand and make whatever they want even after repeatedly stating my order slowly. so beyond infuriating. never going back
Zero stars - On multiple occasions I have been rudely spoken to by the drive-thru attendant, telling me to “hurry up, people, I have a line!” The majority of the times I’ve been delayed is because the Tims Rewards app was “loading”. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and I cannot fathom why it’s happening, especially at this location that can’t process two drive-thrus at once so causes customers to wait up to 15 minutes for service, but can’t wait 20 seconds for the Tims app to load. Horrendous customer service.
I was there last Saturday and their service is slow. The staff is nice but they got our order completely wrong not once but twice. I live close by but I will drive the extra distance for my order to be correct
