The food was so amazing! The owner DJ took really good care of us. Reasonable price considering the quality of food. Definitely a hidden gem of Kirchner / Waterloo region
The food was very delicious and great portion. Everything we ordered was great taste especially their chicken sandwich. The customer service was excellent. I recommend this place to everyone. Must try.
Could have been better. Everything that I got tasted like fish. I had to double check that I did Infact get chicken fingers and not fish. Maybe use a different fryer for fish. Thanks

My family and I went for lunch today and everyone really enjoyed their meals. My mom had burger and fries, my brother had bacon cheeseburger snd onion rings and I had a crispy chicken burger with onion rings. We all felt that the fries tasted amazing like chip truck fries. The onion rings were really good onion to batter ratio and cooked perfectly. My mom and brother loved their burgers and had fried onions and mushrooms at no extra cost which was nice. My crispy chicken was the best I’ve ever had in my entire life. The food was all made fresh to order, came out hot and everything was real tasting, fresh tasting and delicious. For 3 meals including a pop each plus tax lunch was $44 which is comparable to the 3 of us getting Big Mac combos from McDonald’s (which personally I love that burger lol) but my point is this is real food and it’s better to support local anyway. The people working were very friendly and professional and the establishment was clean. Great job keep it up!
This place is OK! You have to tell the staff u want ur burger cooked well done . Fries are usually a no go. They did serve fried pickles, but not anymore bc they can't find a supplier for pickles. So if u know someone, maybe hook them up.
This was my first visit to "The Grill." I'm always intrigued by a burger place that I haven't been to. Ahmad, the friendly Owner, engaged me in a lovely conversation about his fresh six ounce beef patties and his fresh cut (daily) fries. I noted the generous list of toppings too. The verdict? Five stars!! Great taste, great value! Absolutely worth a visit.
Not a fan of the crispy chicken,had it twice and it was bland both times. Tried the cheese burger today, very tasty and juicey. I'm a little concerned that it was a little pink in the middle but it's meat and I'm all about that medium rare. Poutine is on point too. Could do better with the serving sizes. Literally put enough fries that it didn't go over the edge.... flattened, also watched the staff count how many cheese curds were added. Overall good burgers and fresh fries.
Food has always been awesome here. Noticed they seemed to have cut back on the amount of onion rings though. They used to cram so many in there you couldn't close the lid! Now the lid closes LOL. Don't matter the food is great and the price is good. I'm going back tonight. :) EDIT: Just got my food like I said I would, we're back in business! I couldn't close the lid on the rings it was so full. Thanks guys!
