Lady at the front would not allow me inside, claimed they were closed even though I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing and there were people ordering and eating inside.
I will not ever go again. How can you have no hot or mild sauce for the tacos and no vinegar for the fries than I filled my pop and no ice so I had a warm pop! They didn't say sorry at all! I'm thoroughly disgusted by this location and I will let my friends know on social media. I spoil myself once per month or so on junk food and I get this treatment. Wow indeed!
Horrible service , they had no ice and drinks were warm and not even fizzy when asked for bottles the server Aman was not friendly at all. We had to ask for a refund but it's so dumb to loose a sale of 60 bucks vs giving us a bottled drink.
What happened to KFC chicken it gotten smaller every year.
I ordered 2 beef tacos as a combo with fries and my drink as Baja Blast, when I went back to my hotel room to eat my food it turned out that the baja blast was half water. You need to fix your machine. NOW

Normally I wouldn’t review fast food chains, because..well it’s fast food.But, wow, I was shocked by this Taco Bell.Went through the drive thru, but when I got to the second window I mentioned I would like the hot Taco Bell sauce packets. They informed me they were entirely out of Taco Bell sauce, of all flavors.I would have preferred to know this before ordering.Then my sister opened her fries supreme to find it badly prepared.I get it’s fast food, but but some effort in, any effort at all.Also the zero inventory of sauce should be presented somewhere in a sign before ordering.
Fries were cold, tacos barely had any toppings, I asked for iced T and got Pepsi, and wasn't even offered sauce. I spent $12 and left unhappy. Since I didn't get a receipt, I can't even let them know how unimpressed I was with my order.
I got they were busy but honestly this is just cheating out food cost at a massive rate...
I picked up chicken in Guelph. I forgot gravy. My husband picked up gravy At Kitchener, Ottawa street location. It was thin , runny and tasteless. Not what we have had at other locations. I think they are watering it down. We will never buy chicken or gravy or anything there ever again. There is no excuse for that kind of poor quality when you are using the good name of KFC. I don’t know if anyone has ever had KFC in the US but it is soooooo much better. Not greasy, like it is here sometimes and so tasty. Quality is always good no matter where we go.
