My roommate and myself were debating to just order but we chose to come on in instead and what a great choice we made! Our server was Von a kind and wonderful lady who made the experience feel like home, a top tier one! She was very attentive to detail and made sure to check up on us often, just had a pleasant vibe all around. The environment was a good one and we’ll be sure to come back, thanks Swiss Chalet team!
We ordered a corporate lunch today. Everything arrived hot and fabulous. All orders (15) were all correct and boxes were labeled nicely. The new rib sandwich was delicious!
I was able to go with a couple of friends to celebrate his birthday. We went on a Saturday afternoon at 1pm.Cheryl and the manager checked on us regularly and we had a Great experience. I recommend the ribs. Another friend was able to have honey garlic sauce instead of Swiss chalet sauce.We weren't rushed and were able to enjoy each other's company in a quiet environment.
Me and my girlfriend Vanessa will always come to this Swiss chalet! (She also is in love with the sauce more than me) Betty was an excellent server with the kindest heart. Avinash was also wonderful and provided a great overall experience. We will have to make sure we come when they are both working again! :)
Food good as per Swiss Chalet. All the staff are so wonderful and great with our 11 month old granddaughter. Thank you Cheryl C, great service. Fries could have been a little hotter, but still 5 star.
Once again we had the most wonderful lady take care of us!! Thank you Betty for the amazing service and fun you brought to our table!! My son is just absolutely amazed by you and like he said you are a kind hearted girl!! The food was perfect too.
We came here for my mother in law's birthday dinner, Betty and Avinash were PHENOMENAL! Excellent service from both of them, very attentive and sweet people. I would come here regularly just to see them ? Food was also delicious of course! Both of them deserve recognition and a raise!!
My wife and I enjoyed a nice chicken dinner here yesterday. Our server Betty was bright, cheerfull and attentive despite being at the end of a long shift.Management also visited to ensure that we had enjoyed our visit.The chicken portions were large and everything was exactly as we have come to expect from Swiss Chalet.Well done Betty
Terrible fries, weird wings and OK Chicken. I Don't recommend
Love Swiss Chalet, food was great as always! Unfortunately, we waited 1 hour for our appetizers to arrive and we were told that the mains would take even longer. Due to this, we asked to just take out the remainder of our meal as we had to get going (we never have to wait this long at a Swiss Chalet). Staff were accommodating however!
