Always get the best service at this location, the staff is beyond friendly and welcoming (especially our server Sue) the atmosphere is very homey and well, the food just can’t be beat
The restaurant serves 2 ladys were wonderful and very clean and wonderful atmosphere. Food was awesome
I was having a tough day and struggling a little with what to order for myself and a couple of coworkers. The woman that helped me at the drive-thru was so cheerful and helpful. The food was delicious and our order was perfect! Thanks for making my day a little brighter!
Look at those fries. How someone has the courage to sell that? It looks like they were fried in a very old oil. It is disgusting. I can't give that to my son. And for the price, it should be waaaaay better than this.
Arrived 5:30 PM, we're seated immediately.Very nice restaurant, open layout, mix of booths and tables, clean and bright.Friendly staff. Simple laminated menue. Drinks and Dinner arrived shortly after ordering. Excellent food, reasonable prices. Paid bill with card on machine. Left restaurant at 6:40 PM. Overall, excellent dining experience, will definitely recommend to anyone.
Worst meal I've ever had at Swiss Chalet and I eat there often, brought the wrong meal for my grandson, my dinner no fries. The kitchen was slow so the dinner was piece meal and we ended up eating separately, fries arrived when my partial meal finished refused them, my re-fill drink never arrived
Gets worse every time. Fries used to be my favorite!... chicken was dry. Skin mostly ripped off breast... just disappointing.
When ever I'm there with my grandma there is always amazing service plus the staff there are always happy and positive and I have always gone back to the same location
The food was good but service was pretty slow even with hardly anyone in it.
I recently ordered for takeout 1/2 chicken dinner for handicapped senior.This person's favourite place is Swiss Chalet but found chicken dryed out like others have complained as if chicken is cooked then heated up when required hopefully not using microwave.
