A few issues with this subway.1. My 10$ salad was less than half full2. I was overcharged3. After explaining I was over charged I received 1$ back when I should have received 3.42$ back because the cashier didn’t want to actually do the math.Let’s do some quick math.I was charged 13.88$ for a sub of the day salad and a bottled pop.The bill should have been 10.46$4.69 - sub price2.50 - make it a salad1.99 - popPlus tax= 10.46$Less than impressed.
Missing product needed to make subs and had no fountain drinks available.
She forgot my order twice, then proceeds to forget the pizza sauce on my pizza sub, doesn't put it on b4 the oven, then tries 2 tell me she'll put the meat ball sauce on which i realize is the same but it taste just like meat balls which i cannot stand didn't even eat this sub,, do not eat here
We haven't ordered subs in a while. We ordered from subway laurentian hills. They were fantastic! The ingredients tasted fresh. Generous on the condiments and the bread was so fresh and yummy!
Worst costumer service ever!!!!! They we’re so rude and anything I wanted the guy kept rolling his eyes as if I’m forcing him to work. The toppings were all so rotten and it smelt really bad. After finishing my order he threw the sandwich on the table. Never going there again!!! Disgusting
Love this subway. Food is good as always and the staff are great. Very happy and welcoming. Great at keeping good conversations.

We ordered two subs online at the Ottawa St. S. Store in Kitchener. When we got there they said they were out of veggie patties. I got the veggie sub instead and my bf explained to make it the same as the online order, no cheese because I am Vegan and the thought of eating any meat or cheese repulses me. We get home and my sub is not the plain bun I ordered as online. My bf called and the new girl started arguing with him. She said to call back in 5 mins because I wasn't going back out to pick it up again. Also, we didn't get the difference back from going to a cheaper sub. We called back like she said and but she did not answer her phone.
They had barely any toppings, cheese and, sauces. The tuna looked disappointing. I asked for the broccoli soup on this trip and I was told "that soup is coming soon, we don't have it yet". And yet that sign says it is the soup of the day and has been up for weeks. The employee barely gave me any toppings on my sub and didnt seem to understand the word "extra".I wont come here again unless I'm starving to death and even then it wouldnt be definitive
