The service was terrible. I told the lady serving me that the chicken she was putting on metal footlong was too soaked and soggy. I asked her if she had fresh chicken and she said yes but still refused to use it on my foot long. Once the bread was toasted I could see that the bread had became soggy as well. Once I got home was ready to eat my sub it was too soaked. I could barely even chew it because it was just completely mashed up. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Bad service. Not worth what I paid for.
Staff not knowledgeable about gluten free options. Saying things have gluten in it when on the website it says it doesn't, confusing. Said that she used a clean knife, but the pink knife looked like it had residue on it and crumbs. Then proceeded to use the same pink knife to cut the bread of the folks behind me. Being celiac, you can feel when something is contaminated with gluten. Visited today at around 4pm. My experience proved this is not a friendly place for people with allergens, such as celiac. Will not return to this location unfortunately.
Ordered at 6:20 pm on a Saturday may 28th 2022 service was horrible, Mixed up my friends and my subs and put little to none toppings even after asking for extra. Found hair in the grilled chicken. Never coming again. Name was Weli or welli.
Worst experience ever, employe name Haley or Mili ( 11th Friday, 2022..time 7-8 pm ). She was worst and rude, did not know how to work, how to make sub properly. We were being nice to her and she was being way weird , arrogant, was trying to Be over smart. When we asked to make sub in my way she said it can not be, if you want to take or not. And when we tried to redeem the coupon, she denied bcz she did not know that how to do ir she did nor wanted to. Really worst experience. Shame on you guys. We are not eating free, we are paying for that. If you can nit handle this go home or hire new, polite employe. Rubbish. seriously

This franchise uses much less ingredients in their subs than they used to in order to increase profit and it's mostly bread now. I don't ever eat here anymore but I come for my wife the odd time. I'd rather go to Mr.Sub or Firehouse any day of the week.
