Great location, friendly staff, and a nice patio for dining outdoors. The parking lot is always packed but if you can get over this minor issue, this is a nice Starbucks location.
Worst Starbucks location I have ever been to very slow always sold out of items one reason I would go here because it was close to my work now I just drive to sports world rather drive far then spend another dollar there last time I went there couple days ago I order breakfast wrap and iced shaken espresso wrap was raw literally not even cooked properly and the drink tasted burnt and waited 25 minutes for these items also find this location isn’t very friendly like other Starbucks
This has to be by far the worst location. Extremely frustrating when you pre order your drink through your mobile app to go pick it up and have it constantly wrong, which again is okay I understand we are human however own up to it and don’t give me attitude when I’m asking you to re make it. I know the colour of what my drink needs to be and when I see it white I know I didn’t order a venti 2% milk latte. Absolutely rude and clearly they don’t care at this location! Make the extra drive and go else where, don’t waste your time and disappoint your self.
Worst service at a Starbucks ever. I easily spend 50$+ a week at Starbucks. First time at this location because I was close by. Order 3 drinks, no one else in line, dead in store, took 5 mins for drink 1, 10 mins to get drink 2 and over 20 mins to get drink 3. Nothing complicated a plain tea, hot chocolate and iced tea... When I asked for my third drink I was told she misread it and thought she didn’t have to make it? Get my drink, no sorry for the wait, nothing. AVOID THIS LOCATION. 4 workers can’t make 3 drinks with no other customers?
Waited over mins on the drive through. Got my drinks all wrong. Tried to call and talk the manager of the store twice, the manager was not available. Worst customer service ever
So surprised at size of scone I received. I use to go to one on Hespeler Rd and they were 3 times the size. The one I got today was more money and maybe two bites.
Drinks are always consistent. Staff is really friendly. Just a tad slow at times.
Poorly managed location. The wait at drive-thru is ridiculous. You can take a nap in their drive-thru due to long waits. Even if there’s only 2 cars infront of you, it will take at least 20mins for your turn to order and then wait some more time to receive your food/coffee.
Great coffee and drinks, super friendly staff! My only issue is that a couple times I have gone inside and they forgot to make my drink so I ended up waiting for a while.
Look at this absolute work of art. Flawless - just like the customer service at this location.
