I ordered a decaf iced mocha and when I got to the window I asked the girl to verify it was decaf as I have a allergy to caffeine. The girl looked at me like she had no idea what language I was speaking and said “I don’t know, I don’t know what’s going on over there”(pointing towards the bar area). She was extremely awkward just staring at me making me feel very uncomfortable. When I got home I drank the beverage and had an allergic reaction, meaning there was in fact caffeine in the drink. As someone who works in customer service, her response in my option was completely unprofessional and irresponsible as she should have checked with the barista who made it and verified it was in fact decaf. If she wasn’t sure and/ or couldn’t discuss with the barista who made it she should have offered to remake it to make sure it 100% was decaf as I had stated it was an allergy. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.
Amazing customer service. The staff here are so kind and sweet. My daughter and I come here a few times a week while walking the dog. They ALWAYS ask if the dog needs water. My daughter likes to go in and order herself.. and they are always so friendly to her ❤️
I never complain or write reviews but I go to this Starbucks everyday, and 2/3 times a week my drink is made wrong and I get a rude response back. Today my drink had what looked to be mold in it. The barista working was super friendly and made me a new drink entirely. The supervisor on the other hand laughed and said it’s probably just something that looks like mold. Not impressed and will be driving out of my way to go to a different Starbucks in the morning before work!
This is a great place. Very friendly and efficient staff that appear to have fun with eachother. My only complaint is that the music was so loud we could hardly hear eachother.
Just stopped by to pick up some new merchandise and had a great experience! Akeem was very friendly and made us feel even more excited to be there. Big kudos his way!
took to long, i just wanted 3 cake pops and a star drink, don’t know why i had to wait 20 minutes. you’d think they’d say somthing to the car infront if there going to take ten years. not impressed
Previous staff use to be great and I frequented this location often. Staff is straight up rude and will tell you off if you ask a question now. Must have hired poorly. They have 6+ staff and take 15-20 minutes to make black coffee. Says they're open until 10pm, I've been at 8:15pm, 7:40pm, and 8:25pm and they've been closed? Don't know what happened to this location...
About half the time they make the drinks differently. It seems that both the order taker and the barrista make mistakes. So get used to a lot of different drinks. The size is always right. Sweetness and amount of milk, cream or dairy alternative vary greatly.
Visit this location 2-3 times a week. Normally my orders are delicious but on occasion some not so much.This morning I ordered 2 grande caramel macchiato & both tasted as though the caramel was not added. A bit expensive for just coffee & foam.Normally don’t complain but this seems to be happening to often.
My daily go-to-place !I love the drinks and how they follow all the instructions!I am only deducing 1 star because there have been 2 times when they did not follow the instructions exactly and my drink was spoiled and once they gave me a wrong drink but then I was already on my way to work by the time I realized. So I did not go back to ask for my original drink.But otherwise I like it and I’ll Ofcourse continue going
