Been getting the same drink in the summer for years. This time I was given a cup that was only half full and mostly ice. I get a Starbucks double shot on ice with light ice. When I asked why it’s so empty they said they haven’t made that drink before and handed it to me.The drink was below the ice when I got it

Every time I’m in Kitchener this is my go to place for my Frappuccino always make it perfect staff is friendly and they are very quick at the drive thru
14 minutes for a cup of coffee...I get it, mobile orders and drive thru orders also need to be made for waiting customers...but walk ins seem to get served last....very frustrating. I don't mind paying extra for my Starbucks but the wait was too much!
I've been in Canada for a few years but I have never actually been to Starbucks and this was my first try. The barrister was an absolutely lovely lady. We told her we were confused on what to get and she walked us through it. I would recommend trying anything with the whipped cream. The butter croissant I had was delicious
This is the friendliest Starbucks in waterloo region. Always a great experience, staff are so lovely. Drinks are hot and delicious!

I don't know what they are doing I have to wait for 20-25 minutes for coffee I saw 4 people I order just one coffee there only 2 customer very slow customer service. I think Starbucks should focus on customer service and their staff what they are doing and providing them proper training otherwise they will lose their image. Good luck if you still.hire same kind of staff....Not happyNot satisfied
Made an online order and picked up through drive thru. Lady was very nice but forgot my breakfast sandwich. I drove back and went inside to grab it, the gentleman reheated a new sandwich for us but basically threw it on the counter and turned their backs to me as I was say thank you. You shouldn’t treat people different, especially during these times. 5 star for the drive thru but the two gentlemen working the front were rude.
I visited Starbucks last week with a friend. We stayed inside just to talk and socialize. We were there around 7 pm and just after 10 to 15 minutes we had to leave.Inside was so loud because staff made so much noise with a blenders and another equipment which was so loud that we couldn't hear each other.This coffee shop is designed just to take and leave. Even inside was just 2 or 3 person seating.I don't recommend this place at all and if you want to seat and talk with a friend go somewhere else where is more quiet.
