"Elissa, with an E" Haha this was a new one for me, even by Starbucks' standards of name-spelling. Still, the drinks are tasty and the service is nice. There's lots of seating in this location, and they're open pretty late for such a residential location.
The absolute best Starbucks in town. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and service is always great. Recently I've been served a few times by a staff member named Bianca who is so incredibly nice and kind. I actually drive past a Starbucks that is closer to my house just to go to this specific location because they are so wonderful ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Starbucks @ 1170 Fischer-Hallman Road. Esmé was great! My Venti Iced London Fog wasn't made the way it usually is (the way I like it). She very quickly fixed my drink with a smile and no complaints. Great service, thanks Esmé!
Went to Starbucks on Fischer-Hallman Road on 25-June-2022 around 530 p.m. Rosy was freaking fantastic. She tried to fix our strange mobile order and gave us what we wanted. Thank you for the amazing customer service!
This is the filthiest and slowest Starbucks in town. Seriously, get ready to wait 30 minutes every single time you go there. Think you can save time if you drive through? Nope, 30 minute minimum wait, no matter what you order.If you happen to go inside, the tables and floor are sticky, washrooms are disgusting, and behind the counter often looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months.It's worth just driving to another Starbucks.
I ordered a blonde vanilla latte and added caramel syrup but my drink came as a regular blonde latte with only caramel syrup, it was annoying but nothing to complain about.It wasn't until I was on my last few sips that I got something in my mouth and went to pull it out thinking it was going to be some stray food item when it was in fact a fly. A fly drowned in my WRONG coffee order and sat at the bottom of my drink that I was a sip away from finishing.If only I had been more upset about the wrong order and gone back to have them make me a new correct one I wouldn't have drank fly coffee, unfortunately I had an appointment.Seems wrong orders aren't uncommon here, but this is the first "fly in coffee" I've heard of from Starbucks. Maybe they just didn't appreciate me ruining the coffee with all the syrup.
Always receive over the top customer service coming here, worth the wait to be treated decently. Would recommend!
There's a 99% chance your drink is gonna be made wrong. They ostracize the people who make the drinks correctly while giving praise and awards to people who are clearly going against Starbucks standards in both drinks and ethics. The manager is super fake and pretends to be nice, and there's a general petty air in the store. Would give it less than one star if I could.
The very young barista kept saying "what???!" every time I tried to order something, as if I wasn't speaking English. After repeating myself 2-3 times for each standard item and even pointing to the signage, she would respond with "we don't have that." Attitude adjustment needed for professional service. If it's true that this location did not have any sandwiches in stock, they're losing out on sales. I get that being a teenager means having an attitude, but please don't exercise those (lack of) manners on customers. The conversion was excruciating painful, I ended up going to Tim Hortons down the street.
One of the best Starbucks. Very friendly and speedy even when it's super busy. Great location.
